Our sunny California beach wedding turned into a muddy, rain and umbrella-filled wedding, but Jeanette took care of all the extra preparation needed to make it a joyous and memorable event! I had NO intent of hiring a coordinator. After all, I'm the girl people call when they need party planning, decor design, implementation and all things pretty and organized. And then it happened! I was convinced by my beloved and friends that while I "could" do all of it, that doesn't mean I "should". I called several Coordinators for quotes and vibe, and Jeanette was the last call I made because after a few texts, and a phone call I knew I needed not just a coordinator, but HER. After spending months designing everything myself I needed someone who would execute like me. She was even better! I thought I was just hiring someone to ensure all the pretty happened, but in talking to her, it became clear a day of coordinator was going to make the day I'd dreamed of, magical. I was not wrong. From showing up to rehearsal with our music ready to cue, to nearly forcing us to eat at the reception, and to rescuing me when I just need 15 minutes to breath and a change of shoes..she was there. EVERY. TIME. I should also mention as far as the decorations, they were exactly how I showed her I wanted them, which soothed my soul. The day was magical. I see many brides saying not to stress, that something will go wrong and it will all be okay still. I don't know if that's true, because "if" something went wrong that day I have no idea. Maybe it did, maybe it didn't. But if it did, I can ensure you the reason I don't know... is because Jeanette handled it, and it went away. Hire her, trust us.

Jeanette was amazing! She thought of details that I never would have thought of. At the rehearsal dinner, she handed out her business cards to the entire wedding party and told them not to contact the bride or groom for anything - from that point on, she was their contact. It gave my daughter the peace of mind she needed to enjoy her day.

I don't even know where to start about how amazing Jeanette was! I was skeptical about hiring a wedding coordinator for such a small wedding (less than 30 people) but our venue was unconventional and had never had a wedding ceremony before. I'm SO glad we hired her! She felt like a true friend that day and took off all stress. I am a major planner and was worried about set up & décor being up to my standards but not having time to myself for getting ready. It was so relieving to not have a worry and walk into the venue space with everything completely done, beautiful & went beyond all expectations. Things I thought I would still have to handle on my own she took off my plate and I didn't have to think about a thing or talk to a single vendor.

Jeanette's emergency kit came in handy on several occasions and she literally thought of everything. I felt at ease knowing if something came up, her Mary Poppins basket had the answer! Our wedding would have been a mess if did not have her for a rehearsal with all her guidance, expertise, and tips. We even found our florist and photographer from her recommendations and the day was absolutely magical.

I flip flopped while planning on whether or not I would need a coordinator but I am SO GLAD I decided I did and that I went with Jeanette. She made my day SO EASY. She kicked off right away easing my stress by helping me lock down a string quartet 30 days out from our wedding when I had been struggling to find one. She ran our rehearsal quickly and flawlessly which was great since our wedding party ran late. She made sure everything looked perfect day of, her emergency kit had anything you could possibly need in it, she helped steam my dress, fixed boutonnieres, and kept people from disturbing us during our private dinner. She even played bodyguard when she thought we had some wedding crashers (they were my in-laws in costume xD) and most importantly she dealt with the stress of the couple of little hiccups we had so that I didn't have to. For real, hire a coordinator and choose Jeanette; you will not regret it!
