HORRIBLE!!! Do not use!!!!
Had a similar situation to review below. Wedding day comes, we get COMPLETELY ghosted. I’m not even going to waste my energy on writing a review in detail. But in short, wedding day comes and Rebekka completely ignored every phone call. Had groomsmen everywhere trying to pick up suits that she had locked in her shed due to “vacation”. We were lied to, betrayed, etc. STAY AWAY from this business. Wedding planning is stressful enough- don’t pick vendors who make your day more stressful! Not to mention no one’s suits fit right. Worst business in Anderson in my opinion 🙂

We have 8 groomsmen and every single persons shirt is either too big or too small. We had to play musical shirts to see who fits what. Even then, they're puffy with "fitted" I would recommend another rental place for your big day.

Horrible, if I could rate them 0 or a Negative number I would. Wedding less than 48/hours from now. Not in the store to distribute suits, not answering phone & Will NOT respond by text, email or a simple phone call. One of the groomsmen has been trying to reach her for 3/weeks .. No response. The ring bearer has Jacket that is too small, supposedly reordered & No follow up, a groomsman has a suit that DOESN'T fit at all!!! Can't reach her.
I could go on & on ... But it's just too exhausting & stressful. We were in there last Thursday. Her kids were very distracting & around her desk in a way that it was quite difficult for her to work. Now the Wedding Planner has said that they posted that they were closed on Halloween. That is Totally UNTRUE. As we were there on Thursday, 10/26, and Nothing was posted, as well as, she definitely did NOT share this with us & she supposedly reordered the ring bearers jacket. When were we supposed to pick it up? Don't you think that at that time, we should have been informed?!!!!!!! I have pictures, today, Halloween & there is NOTHING POSTED, nothing! There's boxes at the door, as well as a returned tuxedo on a hanging garment rack. PLEASE proceed with Extreme caution, if you're really considering to patronize this location. I'm unable to call it a business. It appears as if it's a hobby for them. Smh

If I could offer 10 stars I would. It was fabulous walking in and offering a general idea of what I was looking for, and Callie offered us multiple ways we could set up our centerpieces and customized it until we loved it. They dropped everything off for us at our venue and it was all there waiting for us. Such a relief both on my mind, and financially knowing I could rent quality wedding supplies rather than buying them for the one day.

The lady was nice the system isn’t quite as efficient at Jim’s in my opinion but mostly bc of the difference in hours and location. My bf rented a suit and it fit well and looked great

I ordered almost all of my wedding decorations here, I generally had an idea of what I wanted and I was able to make an appointment to put things together and see my idea come to life. Renting was super easy and simple and the people who helped were so very nice I definitely recommend them!
