I’ve had some very bad experiences when the office was in Villa Park. Several years ago my case worker’s name was Mrs. Finn and she was an absolute lunatic. She just started yelling and screaming at me out of the blue for no apparent reason, and when I complained to the manager she really didn’t even care. It was all so bizarre. I’m assuming that she didn’t take her meds that day. She was a straight up scitzo. I also had a bad experience with a manager named Esperanza. She was rude and condescending towards me for no reason also. I don’t know how these people get away with this type of behavior towards other people, and if you complain no one does anything about it because they just don’t care.

Staff was friendly and super courteous. They couldn't help that someone tampered with my vehicle while it was in the parking lot. The security guard even kept watch over my truck as best as he could till I could get it unlocked.

The government should open back up. If we can send out children to school then they should open all government buildings. I take many people who need help there but no one will speak to you except for the lady up front. She is wonderful. The rest of them wont call you for days and cant get any answers for the people.

Well I won't say I love the place but I had a really good visit. I need help with handwriting because of dysgraphia. The Clerk filled out the forms for me really quickly. She was very helpful and didn't complain about it.
