Absolutely love this company; we live, somewhat in the country, and have very few choices for our internet service. Of recent, our internet line was damaged and we had spotty, if any internet for about two weeks. Starting with the customer service team, management, and two young service technicians; our service was rectified and working better than expected. I would like to give a shout out to Jenissa, her team; and especially Tanner Howell and Nathan Randall- your company is blessed to call you their team members.

I called over a month ago to try and get service and they advised they got me on the schedule and I called on the date they advised it would be and they apparently didn't have me on the schedule. They got me on the schedule and advised they would call the day of to let me know info since I wouldn't be around...and nothing. I called that afternoon and they advised hmmm don't have you on the schedule but we can still try for this afternoon or tomorrow for sure. Guess what Nothing...and no calls. I called myself and they said we will get back to you when we have a truck in the area. I called today since it has been a bit still and nothing although they advised there is a truck in the area and they will do it today. I called and they said go check your meter, advised there is no way I would have one considering I don't have service and they advised no work would be done without a call. I didn't even have to go check as I am super pregnant and extremely fed up. Place is seriously a joke. I own my own business too and this is disgusting! I wish I could have Royell like I wanted but they can't reach my location, and neither can HughesNet, Frontier, AT&T or seemingly anyone. But they at least came out and checked and told me but this place doesn't seem to care. Very unprofessional.
