My wife and I came here for her uncle wedding reception. This place has a decent size parking lot so it was able to fit the guest size of 250. They had 2 security personal but I'm not sure if it was part of a package deal that this place offer. It's a decent size place and the inside is nice. The lighting inside was kind of dark so I couldn't tell if the seat cushion were dirty. The biggest issue here that I saw would be the bathroom. There are 3 urinal but there no cover for privacy here. There is also 1 toilet with a door for privacy but I wouldn't say it's the best. The women bathroom doesn't have a changing station so keep that in mind. The buffet food here was okay but someone also brought Little Ceasars pizza as well. They have 2 projectors here and a special spot for where the wedding cake can be on display.

It was a great experience having my daughter's Quince at Imagine That! James and his staff were a pleasure work with. I have since referred co-worker and friends! Thank you James and your staff for making my daughters birthday, a great experience! Event held on November 12, 2022.

This is one of most cooperative and friendly banquet hall I've been. From responsiveness to keeping the room clean, they got it all covered. Food was pretty good and I like how this place offers two separate rooms to book simultaneously for two separate events. However, the carpet in the Victorian room could need a little TLC as it makes the room look old but overall, excellent service.

If there was a selection for less than 1 star I would have selected that. We were at a recent event catered by Imagine That of Upland, CA attended by 350+. Many of those in attendance were prominant citizens of the Inland Empire and the host intended this event to be of great significance, elegant and memorable. It turned out to be the complete opposite except for the memorable part, but only memorable for all the wrong reasons. This event was NOT at the caterer's location, but was at the host's location which has an area used for many large gatherings including many dinners. That location was beautifully decorated by volunteers not the caterer. Caterer only provided glasses, both water and wine, utensils, and plates. By the contract, water and wine was supposed to be served by the catering servers. Wine, which was already on the tables, was NOT served by the caterer and we had to find someone to pour the water. Never was the water replenished at any time during the meal. Salad was on the table as we entered so many had only those greens to sustain them because 1.5 hours after sitting down for what was intended to be a well managed dinner the majority of the room still had not been served. Attendees finally got up and began to help serve the food and bus tables that had already finished their meals. Dignitaries in attendance waited and cleared tables. Salmon and chicken was overdone and cold. Beef was overcooked and either cold or marginally luke-warm. Vegetables were overcooked and cold. Potatoes were bland and .cold Some diners were given toddler portions while others received a bit larger portions. Catering staff looked confused, untrained, and shell-shocked. What a disgrace!!!!!! This business should be ashamed and embarassed, but in actuality the host is the one who ended up embarassed by this horrific outcome. Shame on you, Imagine That! Never will I or anyone in attendance ever recommend you to cater anything!!

Imagine That will forever be my venue for all of my future events! Such a beautiful room (Victorian Room) and everything went so smooth, the staff was so amazing and made sure we were okay the entire night. They were very flexible and made our wedding night the absolute most perfect day of my life!! I am forever grateful.

Great venue for sure! The Victorian room is absolutely beautiful and spacious. This place offers excellent package deals which include bar service, catering, music, decorations, table linens and much more. Anything you want, James will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend Imagine That. Thank you so much James for your amazing service.
