We worked with Nichole to get our reservation set, and she was so helpful! The crew that came to do our set-up was amazing and went above and beyond to get our event rentals set-up. The crew that picked everything up arrived at the perfect time and worked super fast. Highly recommend!

The people who work here are really nice, but their sound equipment is terrible. My husband (who is a musician and instrument builder and works with sound equipment all the time) requested two speakers and a mixer, and I went to pick them up. What we received was sub-par equipment. One of the speakers was at least twice the volume than the other, so they could not be set to the same sound level. The sound could not be balanced. There was no mixing board, just a treble/bass knob on the back on one of the speakers. There was also crackling static when speaking into the microphone - not feedback, but static noise. One of the tripod stand collars was cracked, so we didn't raise and tighten it. We rented this for our wedding. It was a big mistake. I wish we had gone with another company. They gave us a $50 discount for being unhappy with the rental. That's still $350 down the drain. Not to mention poor sound quality at our wedding.

We used Indestructo Rentals for our wedding at Promontory Point in Hyde Park. Nichole was GREAT to work with: so nice and professional. She helped with every question and request we had, and was great in preparation! She also helped us when we were being screwed over by our venue at the last-minute, and saved us some massive headaches.

We aren't giving a full 5 stars because towards the end of the wedding process, there seemed to be more miscommunication issues. One was that we were unaware that the final payment needed to be handed over upon delivery (we intended to pay the crew at the end of the night at pickup). So, one of our friends had to cut them a check on the spot as we couldn't be there to pay them.

Additionally, we had issues with what constituted "washed dishware" after the event between the rental company and our caterer. We were thrown in the middle, and were asked to pay the rental company to clean the dishes (a hefty price, too). It seems to me that a rental company who rents out dishware all the time should have the cleaning process included in the price. Our caterer, who was very professional, took care of the issue for us.

Otherwise, we would have given Indestructo a 5-star review! Leading up to the event, things were great.

We are very disappointed with this company for how they treaded us while trying to hire their services for our festival in Chicago. As you can probably understand running a festival that sees over 20,000 visitors is not easy and requires a lot of time to prep. We contacted indestructible to receive a quote and were very clear on the festival dates from the very first email. We were assured that they would be able to help us, but in order to get a quote we would have to ask the city to change the hours of operation to allow indestructible more time to set up. AFTER changing the times (which isn't a easy as it may sound) we contacted Debbie 4 times and did not receive a response. Finally, we were able to get through via phone only for Debbie to tell us they do not have enough tents to accommodate us.

We are not upset because they were not able to work with us. We are livid that, even though Debbie was fully aware of the amount and sizes of tents we needed she stated that her team was able to help us. Furthermore she required us to change our times with the city JUST to get a quote, only to not respond to our emails and tell us that they can't do the job.

If you choose to work with this company, communicate via phone as much as possible and triple check that they can handle your job before relying on them. Ask for more than one person to look over you account and needs. OR just use a different company.

just called to get a quote. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude !! their website specifically states "serving the lake county area" after I gave her my location she said "we are in des plaines you are too far delivery prices would be extremely high try contacting someone closer to you" so I informed her that their website sates they services my area, (mind you I asked her if they had availability on june 4th in the beginning of our conversation before location info was disclosed and she happily said YES) she proceeded to tell me they do service my area but they are booked on that day which was a lie!! again this women was unprofessional, very rude and sarcastic and refused to let me talk how are people like this in business. I would NEVER do business here and you shouldn't either !!! Reading the other reviews this place sounds terrible and Debbie should be FIRED or not allowed to deal with customers!

Our picnic table rental was seamless! The delivery drivers did a great job working with us to make sure we were happy with the placement of the tables. Pickup was prompt. Great company to work with!!!

Do not use! After using this company for equipment for a yearly event-they did not pick up as expected and made us liable for their inability to do their own job properly. Multiple "obvious" items were in a specified room and they did not bother looking and walked right by them and made us liable for their gross error. They added on multiple "penalty" charges in order to double the original price of the rental items. After they requested proof of their mistake, and after both the venue and us provided the information they still would not take responsibility for their error. DO NOT USE this company!

Debbie who answered the phone was snotty and rude. I called back after not getting the quote emailed after several hours and was again snotty stating it would take a day to get a quote emailed.... The 5 others places I called were happy to give tent rental prices immediately over the phone. Will never call them again and Debbie needs a vacation or a people skills course.
