My husband and I had our wedding here December 1 2024, I have to say at first we were really nervous because we had 3 different people helping us plan our big day, a man then his mother and then we had Stephanie who did a phenomenal job on making sure our wedding was absolutely perfect and what we wanted plus more! Everything was exactly what we wanted, the food was amazing also! Can’t beat the price either ! I highly recommend the innes! Especially if Stephanie is the one who is taking care of you on your special day ! Our family and friends can’t stop talking about how beautiful and perfect our wedding was and how the food was absolutely delicious and service etc. if you are looking for a perfect wedding I highly recommend booking your wedding with them! Thank you again Stephanie ,You truly made our wedding super special and something we will never forget !

We just had our wedding here on Thursday 6/8/2023. Let me start by saying how wonderful and accommodating Talysa was from the beginning. We booked this venue back in 2021 right after we got engaged. There was a change in ownership of the event space in the meantime. Talysa helped us make our vision and ideas a reality. The ballroom was beautiful and the ceremony space was amazing.

We had a large wedding party (see pictures) and utilized the venue’s Ivy Room for both the rehearsal dinner and a getting ready space for all the girls. However, there is a beautiful little bridal suite to get ready in if you have a smaller party.

Talysa did the complete setup and take down of all our decorations to make sure every little detail was perfect. Which leads me to the ballroom. The lights, the decor, the space, all of it was absolutely beautiful. The food was great. We chose the plated food option and had braised beef sirloin, haddock in shrimp sauce, and pasta primavera. All of which were delicious!

There were a few mishaps (as always with huge events like this) and there are a few things that need a little updating but none of it took away from our day!

Overall, our day was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have had a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding day!

I'd have to say my experience wasn't the greatest. I went here for my daughter quinceanera off a referral from a client of mine. Did her hair and make up for her wedding and she said how nice this place was. I went in November of 2023 to view the place and get info. Met with a very nice man named Scott and a young lady who I don't remember her name but didn't talk much and when did, didn't seem to even know much. They were both late for our appointment but I didn't let that de-ter me. They showed us the big room and walked us through all the amenities they offer and what was included in the package he insisted was the best for us. We were told that new owners took it over and we're planning to renovate and fix up the place. Fist of all from Nov 2023 to October 26th, 2024 when our event was, there wasn't a single thing improved or different. It all looked exactly the same. Kinda run down and dated but seemed well enough for our event. In August I was called saying that Scott had to leave the business and his mother was taking over, Met with her and went over everything to confirm all the details, all seemed well. Then 2 weeks before my event I gor a call from Stephanie saying that Bernadette (Scott's mom) had left and now she was the person in charge. Continued to apologize for the inconvenience and go on about all the drama surrounding the past people. I went in a few days later to again go over everything with her and finalize things, come to find out ALOT of the things I was promised and included were not OK. Like my mother making 2 dishes of food. We are Hispanic and to have an event with no Hispanic food is ridiculous, I was told no outside food is allowed and that if I wanted "Spanish rice" the cheif could do it. Needless to say the cheif DIDNT make Spanish rice. Idk what that dish they made was but it was most definitely NOT good. Second the credit I was told I would receive towards my cake for going to the bakery of their choice was not honored. I was told a week before my event that the owner would not honor the $200 credit I was told but only $50. The night before the event I was then told that me arriving at 130 to get the girls ready in the bridal suite, I was met with some attitude, a rolling of the eyes and a comment t about how she "couldn't wait till these last couple contracts are over" but nothing personal to me. I took that very personal al because at the end of the day no matter what the previous people did wrong I didn't and shouldn't have been treated as such. I own a business and understand how hard it can be to find trustworthy people to represent your image and business and run it correctly but in these instances I fee like as the owner ya kind of have to take it on thw chin and make the customer/client happy especially when again these issues were NOT MY FAULT OR CAUSED BY ME. I'd like to mention how my daughter's tiara went missing and we were able to do it during the ceremony, how the staff started clearing tables of people while they were still eating then gave my guests attitude when they asked to have their plates back, how thw bartender carded some people but not all people nd gave .y guests snotty remarks when ordering drinks, how thw food was very blan and not the best, how I had to rearrange my makeup artist hours before the event to meet somewhere else to get the girls ready, how my ex mother in law got attitude from Stephanie when she was trying to get the favors arranged on the tables, then I got attitude from her as well about the favors even tho the night before she said she would handle it and as I was walking out the door with my sister told me " don't worry, I'll handle everything, your job tomorrow is to dance and have a good time". Paying $6000 and not getting everything I was promised and getting as much attitude was not worth it.
UPDATE TO OWNER REPLY:
I did voice my concerns & after all the attitude I received why would I voice more to Stephanie.? Ya'll have my number & can reach out if you really wanted to rectify things.

As a guest, we were left sorely disappointed. Dinner was served an hour late, the potatoes are old and became sweet due to being old. The fish tasted fuzzy and musty like cheap old frozen fish and was not seasoned. There is an odd love for onions in everything and not everyone likes onions, most people dislike onions. By the time dinner came out, it was cold. The building is old and dated, and not very clean at all, it needs AT LEAST a good vacuuming and wipe down. As a whole, cleanliness and safety should be top tier. Guests should not be walking outside in pitch black because you “don’t know where the lights are.” Huge safety hazard. To top it all off, the woman in charge is bossy, unwelcoming, and overly obnoxious. This used to be the place to have a wedding, but it’s left a bad a ghetto feeling. For the price people pay to have this venue, you should make it not feel like you’re in the Rapids Inn in Niagara Falls.

Clean the building.
Learn safety, walking in the dark outside is dangerous for the elderly.
Hone cooking skills.
Fix the outdated old building because plug in window ACs built in the wall are tacky and drop ceiling looks moldy and is sagging everywhere.
Your exposed electrical is every electricians nightmare and I don’t want to know what it looks like inside the walls. You’re going to cause a fire.
Clean your building.

*update to the owner’s reply*
It isn’t only ME you should be apologizing to. The parking lot should be last on the list, not first when there are other hazards that need taken care of first.
And I did end up sick from the fish. Thanks for not including it during the wedding night, but the rehearsal dinner left a lot to be desired. Apparently I wasn’t the only one that brought up the food as I did speak to others in the family and we were all in agreement.

Great venue, great owners and staff. I discovered this gem of a place late for my daughter's engagement party, as I already had made a deposit at another venue but went with my gut feeling and decided to host the party at this place. I am sooo glad that I made the decision my daughter was so happy. The owners and staff all were friendly and professional. They setup the place just the way we wanted it to be.
Thank you, Management and all the Staff members, for making it a memorable event.

The outside pavilion was a beautiful setting for my nieces wedding. The grounds were well taken care of with lovely flowers adorning the area.
The food and service was excellent. Both servers had their hands full but handled it superbly. Our table server was a redhead with tattoos. She really did an incredible job while smiling the entire night. I did notice that the young lady with glasses serving other tables was equally skilled and always smiling. Again, both were the best I have seen compared to bigger wedding venue servers.

I had my sweet 16 at the inne so when I was looking for a venue for my wedding I immediately thought of them. They were accommodating and helpful right from the very first tour. The discount given for for wedding related events also allowed me to have a beautiful wedding shower there for a great price. Everything at the wedding was beautifully decorated and everything I could have ever wanted. The wedding coordinator Talysa was super helpful and sweet and deserves a special shout out, always bending over backwards for my husband and me. The price was soooo reasonable with so much stuff like the ceremony and cake being included. Plus so many add on it was so easy to customize everything. I'm so happy we chose the Inne. If you're looking for a venue you'd be silly to go anywhere else.
