Our family recently had the pleasure of exploring Cuba with the incredible guidance of David and Inti, and we cannot speak highly enough of our experience. Our party of 2 booked Insight Cuba with travel dates of March 17 - March 24. After we had booked our flights and made the final payment, Insight Cuba cancelled us two months prior to the trip. Their reasoning was they did not have enough clients to run the trip. Through several conversations we requested they run the trip with two.They offered other dates, which did not fit our schedules. When we could not utilize other dates and requested a refund they offered to run the trip with two. By that time, we had cancelled our flights. They did refund us, however we had to take the hit with the air as they would not reimburse that portion. By that time, our confidence in them as tour operators had eroded. Needless to say, it was a major disappointment. .

Went on the Classic Cuba this November. Cuba was beautiful, clean, safe and we had fun. Our tour had some issues that didn't addresses in a timely manner due to a break down in communication with InSight Cuba. I have spoken with Insight extensively and they are making changes so that this will not occur again. I do believe that this will be the case as they have been very responsive to our feedback. I would recommend using them as I think our issues were very rare.
