We are out here for the winter and my car had an oil leak. My engine oil cooler needed replacing. I called Integrity, I explained we were leaving the area at the end of January. Kaila fit me into the schedule.
They sent me a breakdown of all the parts and labor that was needed. I've never had an auto repair shop do that. We agreed to get it repaired. Kaila drove me back to my rv park and the work was done the same day. Now that's service! They even picked me up to get my car that same day!
The final bill was less then I was quoted too. Car runs great ! I highly recommend Integrity Auto techs in Camp Verde!

I ran into car issues on a road trip and they were all so helpful and attentive to make sure my car and I are safe to drive. I cannot recommend Integrity Auto enough for great customer service and quality service.

I have been taking my car to the same mechanic for 21 years but now living over an hour away it has not been feasible to do. I searched for something more local and found Integrity and man am I so grateful for them. My alternator went out and they were able to get me in and out quickly. Outstanding customer service, Kaila offered to give me and my young son rides to and from the shop to aid in my service. The techs were friendly and did not hesitate to help out when the front desk had multiple customers. Overall great quality work and customer service. 10/10 will come back the next time I have a vehicle issue.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful! We got stuck in the snow in Flagstaff and then had issues from all the ice in the tires, so had the car towed here. They made time to look at the car right away and the mechanic knew what was going on as soon as I described the issue to him. He got everything taken care of and had us back on the road quickly. Very honest and trustworthy, no attempts to up charge me/make a quick buck. I highly recommend this place!! 🙂

The owner was a well-qualified lead for another shop and ended up opening his own business I was referred to Brandon by his old shop. He is a certified Ford mechanic and replaced my radiator etc. he helped me out immensely when I was driving across counrty the car overheated in Camp Verde. They let me use a car to go to my hotel to check out and bring my belongings. Brandon does 24-hour service and Emergency Services as well he seemed to be highly knowledgeable about the issues my 2002 Ford Thunderbird was having. He even had a friend help drive me back home to San Diego and also he was able to tow my car out to San Diego as well this person was a savior when I was stuck on the side of the road. He is also a really honest good person and really helped me out when I was down, I was so lucky to have broken down there, glad there are still such good people in the world 🙂 🙂 🙂 Thank you so much!!!

Called had an appt in just a couple days, dropped car off at 1:00 pm diagnosed same day and was repaired by 1:00 pm following day!
Outstanding service from start to finish which as we all know can be rare these days. Found my new mechanics shop for the things I cannot do for myself.
