The worst place ever. Their service is sucks and I don't advise anyone to work with them. I applied for an immigrant visa for my parents at this place. The person who was helping me( his name is Tuan) told me that my parents should take the updated taxes to the interview with them. However, the embassitor didn't accept it because they don't accept them by hand. There was a message that was left on the system that the taxes should be uploaded before the interview, but Tuan(the international service center guy)didn't bother himself to look at the message. He took a lot of money from me for a work that he didn't do right. Now, my parents will repeat the hospital check again ( which costs a lot of money) because of this falt. Their visa got delayed a lot( more than four month so far) and we are not done yet!!!! When I told Tuan about what happened, he didn't even care, and he was so rode. He told me to go make a complaint with a lawyer or do whatever I want!!

Actually, I don't even know how grateful one can be to the immigration offices that seem to have a hard time helping the emigrant. If everyone forgets what is about emigrants, just because they are difficult cases, seriously, if it were easy I would do it, but well, everything with a low budget is not good
