Booked 2 queen suite sleep 4 people. Paid up front for that whole week at a monthly rate. Stayed one night. No funded. Bed was full size, room is very small. They said it was recently renovated but, they put us in one of their room that was not renovated. Cant use stove top but one bcus knob is broken off, over head ovenrange full of grease dripping not cover with vent very disgusting grease all on wall, big chunk of toilet lid broken off, hair in bathroom sink hole very disgusting, stain in toilet can't be removed, I removed their sheets and blankets bcus I always bring my own sheets & blankets and my own cleaning supplies. their mattress cover had old blood stain on it, it couldn't be removed and the chair to sit on was stained with spots. Had to put my towel on it to sit down. I cleaned it so good. But it still didn't feel clean. I told them. They said no refund and that I still owe them for the month bcus they supposedly had taken out for the whole month upfront. Instead of paying weekly at a time for that month. She said I had to pay the remaining balance for the month or check out that day. I told her i wasn't gonna stay the whole month if they don't have another room then are she gonna give me my refund back for the nights i didn't stay. She said no refund. So i just checked out that day. I paid for a whole week for a one night stay.
The lady worked at the desk was very nice, it's just the owner.

The rooms seem adequate, but there were months that there was no wifi and they waited until half our hot weather was over to fix and open the pool.

My home away from home. I’ve been here 10 months while working out of town and have enjoyed my stay. Laconstance and all workers has been wonderful.

This place has been amazing for my family. The manager LaConstance is wonderful and extremely helpful and caring. The way she has expressed kindness to my boys, alone is worth more to me than anything. The entire staff here is extremely helpful. There's a sense of pride and awareness for safety and cleanliness. They care about the upkeep of your room and the property. I highly recommend this place.

This location is great for anyone who enjoys the experience of being in jail. The sheets are like jail. The pillows are like jail. The customer service act like cops there is no respect… they treat you with complete distain. They don’t clean your room and apparently they think it’s OK to cancel a prepaid room mid week, of a paraplegic with no notice or reason and not allow him back into his room. No refunds or notice were given. Management is completely dangerous… they speak to you like you were a child and threaten an entire building with an extra $300 fee because no one would cop up to cigarette butts that were found on the premises. It’s more of a haunted house experience, especially since your view is of a back alley behind dumpsters. The day we moved in our kitchen was flooded by the next-door neighbors toilet… but they wouldn’t come fix it or mop it up because the maintenance man was at a football game that weekend… Also, we were given notices that if anybody on the property was seen tossing a cigarette, but they would be charged $50 per cigarette, butt, they were just constantly mean and mad at everyone for everything.
