First I have to say that I was looking for an agency to do my passport so I went to the review section to see feed back and I just read the answers that the owner of this place gave to the negative ones and I have to say that I will never go here to do anything, this person is working on the wrong field , customers have the right to express their opinions and as owner she should try to improve what was wrong and compensate for the inconvenience , not threaten them!!!!, so scary to hear her saying , that she will withhold someone’s passport as a revenge for this Guy review , Ms that is illegal !! .. so embarrassing to see how you treat your customers ,,,,Now I am Glad I go first to the review Section!!
