We decided to try out Jackson Rancheria RV Resort and utilize it as a halfway point for a week long vacation. I can honestly say that I was impressed with every employee I spoke with!!! I called around 9pm to ask some questions and possibly make a reservation. I was shocked to actually speak with a knowledgeable employee who was able to answer my questions and make our reservation. They accept AARP and Good Sam for discounts on your stay. We were impressed with our entire experience at Jackson Rancheria. Nice large fuel station that was super clean, allowing us to fuel upon our arrival, so we could hit the road first thing the next morning. There is not a bad RV space in the entire Resort. Well kept grass at each site and a courtesy shuttle to the Casino was convenient. We enjoyed a delicious prime rib dinner at the Lone Wolf Restaurant. A bit surprised at the prices of everything at the Casino. However, the food quality and service was superb. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to make a reservation for our return trip. Highly recommend Jackson Rancheria RV Resort.

I only have one suggestion that Jackson Rancheria could give some attention to. The off leash dog park was a bit of a mess. I took our golden retriever over to enjoy retrieving the ball time and she got muddy as soon as we went inside. The grass was soggy and muddy. Of course right after running through the soggy grass, she went and played in the dirt area. This would be my only suggestion; Maybe some pea gravel instead of dirt to avoid dogs getting all dusty / dirty and not soaking the grass so much to avoid having a muddy dog before going back to the RV.

Thank you for a great experience Jackson Rancheria !!! See you again soon.

I would give it 5 stars but the service is not that great. When I reserve a spot I expect (if it's available) to get what I pay for, not what the office wants me to have as far an RV site is concerned. When we arrived there were so many empty sites available and still are as I write this review, however the office gave us two choices. I have to pay while you make the choice and claim you are sold out. Give the customer who is there already the site of their choosing not yours...!!

The RV park at Jackson rancheria can be tough to get into, but it has quickly become one of our favorites. There is tons for the kids to do, including ping-pong, putt- putt golf, bocce ball, horseshoes, nature trail, a huge pool, and two spas. On top of that, there’s plenty of room for them to ride their bikes till theirhearts desire, but make sure you bring helmets Because they do require the kids to wear them.

The park is quiet, super clean, and offers great views. Most recently we took our smaller trailer and camped up against the grassy area. The views were amazing.

Of course, if you are of the gambling type, and you like to throw some money on the line, the shuttle comes through every 15 to 20 minutes and will take you up to the casino and bring you back.

If you haven’t visited Jackson Rancheria RV park, you are missing out.

Very nice Park. In our three years of full timing, this park would definitely rank in the top five parks we have stayed in. The facilities, landscaping, employees, beautifully maintained roads and surrounding property are all immaculate. Everything was perfect. Plenty of things to do and see. Time well spent.

Love this resort, except for upper mgt. They can’t figure out the rules for the kids. They allow this but not that. Call them out and they threaten to kick you out! Security is awesome! Gambling, well who comes for that! Overall a very nice resort! Need upper management to back to school and develop people skills.

BEWARE! The construction noise is terrible, and all the amenities are closed. Construction noise starts at 7 am and lasts until 3 pm. The worst is the construction vehicle beeping - beep, beep, beep, beep. It starts at 7 a.m. So be ready for your 7 am wake up call. We lived thru that for 2 weeks!!

They don't tell you that - they just say pardon our dust during the construction. But we were there for two weeks, and ALL the amenities were closed - showers, laundry, clubhouse, putting green, horseshoes, bochi ball, swimming pool, and hot tub were all closed most of our two weeks. (The pool and hot tub were open on the weekends only.)

They manager and employees were very nice, and they were very sorry about the noise and the closure of amenities, but they admitted they weren't told ahead of time and there was nothing they could do about it. It was a miserable two weeks for us, and we couldn't get two weeks at another decent park in the area at the last minute like that.

And they admit this construction will be going on well into 2025 and possibly beyond! So beware.
