WORTH EVERY PENNY AND MORE!!!
Let me start by saying: my family is in the wedding industry so all I’ve known since I was 9 years old is weddings. My dad is a DJ, my first job at 18 was at a wedding venue etc. basically I’ve been planning my wedding since I was in elementary school and thought I knew everything. That was my first hindrance! I jumped in so overwhelmed and couldn’t get myself to make decisions. *Que Jen*
Jennifer came highly recommended from one of my best friends. As soon as we jumped on our first call with her, we knew she was the one. Jen came with so much knowledge, professionalism and experience in a way that no other vendor (and I’m so serious when I say NO other vendor) could manage to find. I’m actually shocked at how absent wedding vendors are now a days. Jen was top tier! After going back and forth on pricing we decided to opt for her design + partial package that she made custom for us to make things more affordable. After watching her dedication and seeing how easy she made everything for us we went all in and purchased her full package.
To anyone wondering if the price is worth it: DO IT. Without her, I hated the planning process. And I grieved that while planning! But it doesn’t have to be that way! Jen is your best friend and your assistant all at the same time! I think a lot of people will assume you have less in your budget to work with when getting a planner but that’s opposite of the truth. What you will get is exactly what you dreamed about with the rest of your budget and no heartache, more time with your fiance, and more time to work on the fun details instead of worrying about things like communication, research or timelines. I will tell every couple that has a big wedding “GET THE PLANNER” over and over again. Everyone in my family loves Jen and she has become apart of our lives now as we will never forget how she took care of us in our biggest moments!

Jennifer was absolutely phenomenal with our special day! From being selected as our wedding coordinator to the day of and after, She did everything to make our day exceptional. She had a plan and helped us with our inclement weather situation. Her co-worker/staff member was also very friendly and helpful with all the day-of activities. They even helped with placing the flowers on the arch last minute since it was raining all the way up to the ceremony! My main compliments - Friendly, helpful, prompt, and enthusiastic. Keep it up Jennifer! You're doing an amazing job and helping people on one of the most memorable days of their lives. Shelby and I thank you very much!

My husband and I were connected with Jen through our photographer Jenn at JeLau Photography. About two months before our wedding we realized that we needed a coordinator, because there are so many moving parts to a wedding day! We met with Jen over the phone and immediatly hit it off.

We met with Jen on two zoom visits where she listened to every detail we wanted for the wedding, and we also did a site visit with het to go over logistics of the ceremony and reception space. Jen listened to our vision for the day and wanted to make sure it ran smoothly, and also that it was tailered to who we are.

We loved working with Jen through every step of the process, her energy is contagious and she has your back no matter what. I would recmmend working with Jen if you are looking for a wedding coordinator who is kind, caring and also full of energy! Wedding days can come with a lot of stress but Jen made sure that it all went smoothly, she navigated unexpected issues flawlessly and made sure that the bride and groom were taken care of no matter what.

We had a rehearsal with Jen, two days before our wedding, it was amazing, Jen is extremely clear with her instructions and can adapt to different needs on the fly. She made it run SO SMOOTHLY!

Jen arrived early on the day of the wedding and was in contact with our wedding party, checking in on us throughout the morning. She helped make sure all details of florals, table placements and other details were set up. Then she helped navigate guests to their seats, she helped facilitate a flawless ceremony, and then kept us on schedule throughout the rest of the day. It made the day more relaxed and enjoyable because we did not have to worry about the timing of anything.

P.S. She also has contacts with many vendors so if you are worried about how to find everyone for rentals, flowers, food etc. Jen will have recommendations. She helped us find a vendor for our ceremony florals.

We had spoken to several wedding planners/coordinators and when we spoke to Jen, we realized she is a breath of fresh air! She ensured that my husband and I were on the same page before we had our first introduction meeting and we hit it off right away.

We chose Jen because she has a Coordination and Support package – this was exactly what we were looking for. She was able to attend a walk through at our event with our catering and rental vendors which made the process go smoothly. Closer to the date of our wedding, she made sure we completed important items in a timely manner. Utilizing Aisle Planner ensured we stayed on track as well.

We also chose Jen because she is easy to communicate with, understood our vibe and vision, and is very experienced in all wedding planning aspects. We felt safe asking questions and letting her work her magic on the day of.

Jen is quick witted, funny, and a great listener. When it came time for rehearsal and the wedding, she was able to take charge and corral our wild friends to ensure everything ran effortlessly.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jen and her team for your big day. She was able to travel from the Bay Area to our location in the Russian River without any issues.

Jen is a professional who loves what she does and brings an infectious joy and calmness that exudes to all those around her. She is truly a gem! <3

Jen brought so much joy and security to our day. We used her as a day-of coordinator for our wedding. We had most things figured out but weren’t sure if we would need any extra help day-of, but we were so glad we hired Jen. She ended up being the assistant we didn’t know we needed, as we were a lot more overwhelmed than expected. She helped put together our processional, was a quick text away for random questions, and most of all, eased our minds to let us enjoy the day. She’s cheerful, professional, organized, and helpful.

We knew that we wanted a coordinator, and we met with 3 including Jennifer (who we met first). She was able to work with us on budget, we could not afford her higher level paid services, but the quality and energy she brought to our meetings, planning sessions, and final execution as our Day-of Coordinator was nothing short of 100%. We knew from the first meeting that she was going to be our guide in this once in our lifetime day. Her support through planning sessions, accommodating our schedule, and execution on the day of made our Wedding Day special beyond our wildest dreams. Jennifer is an amazing planner who felt like family. Leading up to the wedding she met with all of our vendors and did a site walkthrough this resulted in a smooth and easy wedding. The day was flawless. I didn't have to do anything, and everything ran perfectly. She had a great calm personality but didn’t miss a single detail.

JENNIFER WAS AMAZING!!!
She was so supportive during our planning process. We opted for the Coordination and Support package and it felt like the perfect level of communication for us.

Having access to Aisle Planner and her handy worksheets for vendors was great. We don't plan large events often so it was hard to think of what to ask. With the worksheets we didn't have to worry.

Jennifer has the best vibe in the world! She is so down to earth and honestly the biggest hype man for both of us at wedding and throughout planning. She supported us in our decisions and offered advice when needed!

The wedding weekend was amazing! We did not have to worry about a single thing other than having fun. Everything ran on schedule and we all had so much fun. At the end of the night all of our items were packed up and ready for pick-up the next day.
