Jersey Mike’s is my go-to place for subs these days and I was very excited to have one open right near me in the O-Town west area. It’s a new location so it’s very clean and very well staffed, hopefully that continues. Their subs are delicious - my favorite is the club sub but everything I’ve had there has been great. The entrance of this location is not on the Publix side which looks like the front, which is a bit confusing. You have to drive around to what seems like the “back” where there is a parking lot. The one negative about this new location design is it’s primarily high top tables which isn’t great for everyone. Not sure why they went with that design choice. But overall a great addition to the area and a great sub!

Service:
Ordered on Christmas Eve. (between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.) Three to four ladies and a man all looked bad. They looked slightly angry. No one greeted the guests with a smile. Their unfriendly tone, expression and messy table made me feel bad.

Food:
It's a shame that there's no choice of sauce.
It would be nice to have a variety of sauces like Subway sandwiches. The ingredients inside are not as diverse as the price.

We were a large group and needed a catering order. Nicole was amazing! We had a few special orders and she got them all correct. Lindsey delivered our order on time. She was professional and friendly. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Whenever I go here, I have a wonderful visit! All of the employees seem to be kind and helpful, but my fiancé and I specifically want to acknowledge Derek. He is friendly and serves with a smile. As soon as my fiancé and I walked in, he acknowledged and greeted us.

I ordered the $10 Daily Combo Deal because I wanted The Original Italian. I ordered mine in a tub and Derek put in the work to make it a presentable and full tub, yet he was fast paced at the same time! My fiancé ordered the Club Supreme on Rosemary Parm bread. His sub was also very full and appetizing. We noticed Derek and 1 other employee were the only front of house workers when we ordered. My fiancé and I enjoyed our meals inside the clean establishment.

I made an online order. When I arrived 15 min later, I was told that they did not have an order for me. After I provide email confirmation they discovered that I did place an order. I then asked for a refund. The attendant said they could not give me a refund while I wait and said they would give the refund after I left. Hours latter I had to call them to get the refund confirmation. Poor poor service

So I ordered through a delivery service and called to add lettuce and mayo. Apparently Jersey Mike's doesn't train employees on how to make a sandwich because they put hot steak and cheese ON TOP of the lettuce. I ended up with cooked lettuce and hapf the cheese stuck to the paper. WHY DO I HAVE TO SPECIFY WHEN I ADD LETTUCE TO PUT IT ON THE TOP OF ALL THE HOT INGREDIENTS. 20 dollars for a hot lettuce sandwich is completely ridiculous. Sure the staff was nice but how about you teach them some damn common sense even the pictures of their sandwiches have the cold veggies on top

We were so excited to have a neighborhood Jersey Mike’s. While our meal was good , I cannot get over how dirty this restaurant is. Every table was filthy. My wife had to get napkins and get them wet in the bathroom to clean a table. Not one single table top was clean. While the crew of 6 was friendly they spent too much time chatting when there should have been a couple of the workers cleaning. We also found food all over the floor in front of the counter. I decided to look over behind the counter and was shocked at the amount of food on the floor. If they don’t care to clean up the areas we can see imagine what it looks like in the back.. I’m writing this review hoping the owner will see this and take corrective action. I hope they get their act “cleaned” up..
