Joanna was the on-the-day manager for our wedding and was absolutely wonderful to work with in the lead up and on the day of our wedding. She was able to solve all problems that cropped up in the weeks before the wedding (for example, the lack of drinks storage space for the night before the ceremony). She co-ordinated the suppliers so efficiently that there was nothing for us to worry about, even though managing the Oxford Botanic Garden, not being a “traditional” wedding venue, required a fair amount of organisation! She was in the wedding marquee the night before the wedding and from the early morning the next day, making sure everything runs smoothly. Having Joanna with us made it so much easier to us to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. We had the most wonderful and stress-free day - thank you, Joanna!

Joanna was instrumental in realizing our wedding vision and having the entire weekend executed exactly how we pictured it. As a US-based bride planning a destination wedding in the Cotswolds, having a local planner who could coordinate in the same time zone & who could be on-site was truly invaluable.

We had an entire weekend of events, starting with a Thursday night intimate dinner party, followed by Friday Clay Pigeon Shooting and a Welcome Dinner in the evening at a local pub, the wedding on Saturday and a brunch on Sunday, so there were a lot of details that needed to be planned. Joanna was my partner throughout the entire process, keeping track of everything and helping with venue selection, styling, vendor correspondence and management. She let me take the lead on the creative aspects that I enjoyed, giving her opinion and advice, and was able to direct the details that I was less familiar with, such as the right table size, transportation, hiring the dance floor, and renting lighting for the band.

Joanna has a very calming nature and she was able to help me focus on the details that were really important to have a magical experience for our guests. In the months leading up to the wedding, she was always responsive on email, and no question was too silly for her to help us answer. During the wedding weekend, I was able to really relax and enjoy, because I knew Joanna was managing the schedule and all of the vendors / moving parts.

We're very pleased that we chose Joanna as our planner and would highly recommend her services. Joanna, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your help - we couldn't have been happier with the entire weekend!

I would highly recommend Joanna to any couples looking for a wedding planner. I wasn't sure whether I needed a wedding planner initially but it was the best decision I made and it was a dream to have Joanna by our side. Not only did Joanna help with all the planning in advance but she was also instrumental to the smooth running of the day. Joanna purposefully takes on a select number of events each year and really gives her time and attention to everyone she works with. All of our guests loved our wedding and I have no doubt that was all thanks to Joanna!

Joanna is absolutely wonderful! Our entire wedding was perfect and ran so smoothly, and that is all in part because of Joanna's hard work, patience, and guidance. She was also incredibly responsive and helpful when we ran into issues or had last minute questions - anywhere from what umbrellas we should buy to how should our seating chart look like to help people get seated quickly. All of our suppliers also raved how much they enjoyed working with her. Words truly can't describe how much gratitude we have for Joanna, and I can't recommend her enough if you are looking for a planner!

From the moment we had our first meet on site to the actual day, Jo took the stress away from us completely.
