JoAnne was amazing from our very first phone call with her. All we knew was that we wanted to go to Europe and we had a set budget. She gave us many different options and shared the pros and cons of each. We ended up taking a week-long Mediterranean Cruise on Virgin Voyages and we had an amazing time. We had no idea what to expect, but JoAnne met with us ahead of time and walked us through everything. She also uploaded all of the pieces of our trip in an app that made everything seamless. JoAnn even hired drivers for us to get us from airports and bus stations to hotels!

Our flight home was delayed and we knew we were going to miss our connection. JoAnne worked with us, helping us navigate the airlines to get us home in a timely manner.

I have always wanted to visit Maine in October to see the fall foliage. I didn't know how to begin planning this vacation, as I was including my son, sister, brother, and his wife. When I contacted JoAnne for guidance, she was able to book our flights originating from AZ, CO, and IA on the same airline, and landing in Bangor within 15 minutes of each other. She provided housing options and travel packages to align with our interests/bucket lists items. We were able to book a house near the beach, take a couple of day cruises, visit lighthouses, eat lots of seafood, enjoy the fall colors, take a day trip to Salem and Boston, and even see Steven King's house and the cemetery that inspired his movie "Pet Cemetery".
We thoroughly enjoyed our week together and all events ran smoothly thanks to JoAnne. I most certainly recommend her to plan your travel. I will definitely use her services for my next vacation.

We went to French Polynesia for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. JoAnne coordinated everything down to the minute detail. She confirmed all reservations with hotels and saved us money on all parts of the trip. After the trip, she contacted the Jet Ski operator to get the pictures they took on our tour. She is awesome!

I wish there is a button for met MORE than my expectations! JoAnne is amazing! I explained to her my current situation needing to take an amazing vacation with just my daughters. With my budget and only a few weeks before my target date, she totally delivered the whole package! She walked me through everything. I’m so glad I booked through her and not on my own. While on my vacation I had issues with booking excursions and she was right on it. And also got a a discount!
