I was informed of Mrs. Jocelyn Amponsah coming to columbus to provide Passport Renewal and Biometric services at the Pentecost Church on 3/18/23. I provided her with my information, passport info and payment. On the day of the appt, I arrived at 9:15am in the morning to renew my passport and was informed to wait in line. After two hours, I inquired about my passport renewal and was told 10 people were ahead of me and I should wait. 3 hours later, I was told to continue waiting. At 7:51pm, it was announced that they were no longer conducting the passport renewal and everyone had to leave. I was informed that they are no longer completing biometrics for those who submitted their information prior to March, 15 2023. This information was never communicated to me earlier and I requested a refund from Mrs. Amponsah immediately.
I am writing this review due to the unprofessional conduct of Mrs. Jocelyn Amponsah. She was unethical, failed to communicate properly and wasted people’s time. I was not the only one she did this to. She needs to be held accountable for her actions. In addition, her staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not work with Jocelyn Travels, unless you want chaos, wasted time and frustration.
