We had our wedding at The Farm at Eagles Ridge back in October of 2024. John Serock Catering was on their list of required caterers, and right off the bat, John and his team were more than willing to work with our requested accommodations. They were so easy to work with, as we booked our wedding almost 2 years out, and were in contact with us when the timing was necessary. We chose to do stations for our wedding (highly recommend), which we did the taste of mexico and philly cheesesteak station. I can't tell you how many of our guests told us how amazing the food was at our wedding, how wonderful their staff was, and how smoothly everything went from a food and drink standpoint. From the plated salads, down to the dessert, everything tasted amazing and fresh. We also had our own staff member assigned to us (bride and groom) and made sure we were well taken care of during pictures post ceremony so that we didn't miss out on any food or drinks. From start to finish, working with John Serock Catering was amazing and I highly recommend them for any wedding or event you would like catered. Thank you so much for making our wedding so amazing and serving us amazing food!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Serock for my wedding, and I can confidently say that they exceeded all of our expectations! From the tasting to the final plate served, the experience was seamless and enjoyable thanks to Steve! He was great to work with. One of the standout dishes was undoubtedly the braised short rib. Our guests couldn't stop raving about it! Paired well with the potatoes dauphinoise. Amazing cake from Master's Baker!

Serock did such an amazing job for our wedding! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was nothing short of professional. What we especially loved about Serock was that they allow you to do a tasting before you book so that you actually know the quality of food going in. Too many other catering services make you sign a contract before you even know what the food tastes like. Little details like that made us realize right then and there that Serock was going to be the catering company we wanted to work with. Everyone in the office was attentive and easy to work with. Serock was very helpful in selecting meal choices and tableware options for our wedding. The staff on the day of our wedding took excellent care of us (bride and groom) as well as all of our guests. Everyone loved the food (especially the short rib). Would absolutely recommend Serock for your wedding.

Serock catering far exceeded any expectations that we had for food for our wedding day! We booked the Barn at Silverstone for our wedding 10/22/22 and were lucky enough to have Serock catering be the sole caterer for that venue. From day one Kristy, our day of coordinator with Serock, was helpful and answered any and all questions we had! The tasting was phenomenal and she was so thorough in helping us make decisions. The day of she was on the ball and kept the flow of events and the whole day running so smoothly. The staff and bartenders were so friendly and professional. To top it off and most importantly, the food was truly mouth watering. We had multiple guests say that it was the absolute best food they have EVER had at a wedding! From the passed appetizers to the served platters to the ice cream sundae bar with toppings and cookies and brownies, they did not miss a beat. They also took very extreme care to our guests that had various random allergies and were extremely organized in that process. We even got lots of leftovers to take home that we enjoyed back at the hotel and the next day! We are so thankful for Serock and I truly can't recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend John Serock enough! My husband and I got married on June 26, 2022 at The Farm at Eagles Ridge, and I can see why they recommend John Serock! Food was incredible and all of guests thought so too! We had guests come up to us at the wedding and say how good the food was! Everything was so fresh, cooked on sight, and tasted so good! The menu has so many amazing things to choose from! It was hard to make a decision! The staff was absoultly amazing! We worked with Kristy and she was so nice and helpful during the whole process! She made planning so easy for us! The day of the wedding, the staff worked so hard and the service was great!! They made sure that my husband and I had everything we needed and I loved that because a lot of the time you don't eat on your wedding day!! They even had drinks ready for us after the ceremony!! Throughout the whole night they would come up to us and ask if we needed anything!! We are so thankful for John Serock and we were so happy to have them there with us on our special day! Kristy and her crew were absolutely incredible. Serock was the exclusive caterer for our venue and we were blown away by their options. Their organization helped us stay on top of decisions and kept us to our timeline.

Come the day of our wedding, Kristy and her team were kind and professional. They took great care of my husband and I, ensuring we always had food or drinks. We still hear how the food "was WAY better than normal wedding food."

We can't say enough wonderful things and will continue to recommend them to all getting married.
