We had an amazing adventure in Italy thanks to JOMO Travel who is absolutely amazing. Colleen walked us through every step, from planning our honeymoon in Italy, researching our family in Ischia. She is truly a gem. Colleen is caring and truly loves what she does. She is dedicated and she made our adventure to Italy possible. We are grateful for Colleen and we appreciate her. We will definately book our next trip to Italy with Colleen. Her colleagues in Italy truly amazing and responsive.

We had a wonderful time in Florida thanks to JOMO Travel Agency and Colleen Mantell who is absolutely amazing. Colleen walked us through every step of planning our first wedding anniversary with dear friends in Naples, Florida. She is a gem! Colleen truly loves what she does and cares about her clients. She was very concerned about us when we informed her we made the decision to shorten our stay in Florida because of a very dangerous hurricane aimed at our location. Colleen, being the caring person she is, made all the arrangements to quickly get us out of Hurricane Milton's path just in time. We are grateful and thankful for Colleen travel agent skills, especially after we saw on the news the serious and destructive dangers that followed us the next day. The airport at Southwest Florida Airport at Fort Myers was closed shortly after we departed. Thank you Colleen for your skills.

Colleen was amazing to work with for our honeymoon planning. She truly listened to all of our requests, and made sure she set up the best trip possible within our budget. She thought of every little detail and made the logistics of traveling completely hassle free. She even set up an app for us to use while we traveled that had all of our travel documents and info organized in one spot. I recommend anyone planning a vacation to work with Colleen, she's the best! I have no doubt that we will be planning a trip with her again in the future.

I honestly wish I could leave more than 5 stars! We were looking for a travel agent to help us plan our honeymoon to the Sandal's resort in Negril, Jamaica. We met Collen at a wedding show and we are so thrilled that we did! Collen was so amazing to work with! She made everything so easy and the honeymoon was absolutely amazing!! She really listened to everything that we were looking for and ensured that not only did we get everything we wanted, but that we stayed within budget. She was very easy to communicate with, and responded promptly to any inquires that we had. We will most definitely be reaching back out to Colleen when we are ready to book another trip!!!
