Excellent! Jor-Lin saved the day for our group after we experienced some dishonesty from another charter bus company. On very short notice they provided us with a reasonably priced luxurious bus that was comfortable, climate-controlled and very clean, including the bathroom.

Our driver, Glen, was on-time, courteous, a safe driver and went out of his way to make sure our group had a wonderful outing. While stopped in traffic, we even saw a car pull up to the bus and get Glen's attention to open the window so they could remind him they were a previous client and that they loved having him and Jor-Lin for their charter trip!

Jor-Lin will now be our first call for all future charter needs, and our go-to recommendation for anyone else that is looking for transportation.

After many bus trips over many years I can honestly recommend this wonderful bus company. Whether it's Purnell or Jerry, the drivers are safe and courteous all the time. I've travelled to Florida, to New York, and to Washington. I'm sure that you will have a smooth ride. They are the field trip experts. Tip the driver! They deserve it!

Jor-Lin company is one of the most honest companies I have worked with on the shore! Alan is extremely professional and will work with your needs as much as he is able. On our most recent trip, we had left some items on the bus accidentally, and Alan went above and beyond to recover and rectify the situation.

The buses were comfortable, driver was excellent around the streets of the big city, and most everyone was extremely professional and happy to be there.

10/10 will definitely use again!

Most uncomfortable ride ever! The temperature of the bus was like a sauna. It was 41° outside and we were sweating on the bus, both ways. The driver was asked to turn down the heat as many passengers were complaining and he said he had the heat down and could not turn on AC unless temp outside was above 60°. So when we got off the bus to walk around outside in NYC for the day my head was sweaty damp as well as my shirt. I’m not usually one to complain about heat but this was excessive and many of us were overly warm.

Our driver, Mike, was awesome! He was very pleasant and accommodating. He went above and beyond our expectations. The bus was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be using Jor-Lin again in the future.

Jerry Mewshaw our driver was excellent. The ride was very comfortable and I am six feet tall. Jerry had great ideas for bus friendly stops and was very pleasant.
