Myranda was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When our driver hadn't shown she contacted them and they had another driver for us in 15 minutes.
Hotel in Barcelona was great and central located allowing us to explore with ease.
Transportation to cruise ship went smooth. On time and put us near the front of the line for boarding.
She was always available for questions using whatsapp and very quick to respond.
Highly recommend her.

I should have posted sooner! Since moving to Carlisle in 2020 Crystal Smiley has handled 13 Royal Caribbean cruises for us out of 6 different ports making our travels as easy as possible for anxious travelers like us. She also handled a Viking River Cruise out of Paris & her attentiveness to our plans resulted in us getting the deal of a lifetime! Recently a combination of a canceled cruise & Hurricane Milton brought out not only all her knowledge & skills but also her genuine care & concern for us as she managed each issue while keeping us informed of everything going on. I cannot say enough about working with Crystal & Journease & highly recommend dealing with her for travel needs.

This was our first time going on a cruise and Journease was recommended to us by a friend. Crystal Smiley was our travel specialist and she did an awesome job! I expressed concern that being our first time we were not sure about motion sickness on the ship. She reserved a room with a balcony for us that was situated on the ship where we would have a minimal amount of sway. The room fit our needs perfectly and was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It was also located so that we were always on the side of the ship that had the best views of leaving and entering the port.
She prepared all our needed documents and luggage tags so we didn't have to do it ourselves. About a week prior to our departure she phoned us to go over the documents and procedures step by step so we knew exactly what to expect. This took at least 30 minutes and she was quite knowledgeable and patient with us being newbies! We will definitely use her again for our travel needs and recommend her to others. Like the company name states -- she made our Journey EASY!
