Diana is incredible! We worked with Jubilee Events for our wedding at the end of summer 2024, and could not have been happier with her partnership, commitment, and vision. She did a masterful job of keeping us on track for everything we needed, managing vendor communications, and being a fantastic sound board in the planning process. We were on the more “hands-on” side of the involvement and planning scale, and Diana was more than accommodating and receptive to all of our ideas, (multiple) changes, and concerns. She was a calming presence whenever planning items were stressful, and was particularly helpful in resolving and navigating one very late vendor issue that was out of both of our control. During the wedding weekend, Diana and her team did a phenomenal job of managing everything from start to finish, and they enabled us to completely enjoy and embrace such an important time in our lives. Most importantly, Diana is such a truly great person who cares for her couples - she’s exactly the type that one should want to work with when planning such an important day / weekend in one’s life. We’re so fortunate to have gotten to know her and highly recommend her and the Jubilee Events team.

Short story: Jubilee Events is the BEST! Don't look anywhere else.

The longer version: We truly cannot recommend Diana and her team enough. Our only regret was not finding her sooner. Seriously, if I could build a time machine it wouldn't be to go back and buy Apple stock but rather to book with her before we began planning. I thought I could handle planning our wedding (I'd planned corporate parties at past jobs and University banquets when I was in school) but when I realized that wasn’t the case, our florist shared some recommendations. We instantly clicked with Diana, it really helps to work so closely with someone who also feels like a friend.

She was a dream to work with, she really took the time to understand who we are as a couple and help further build our vision and then bring it to life. Nothing about her is cookie cutter, it's all tailored to the couple (I keep hearing from our guests how they saw our personality throughout the whole day). She is so creative and thoughtful, bringing in all the little details that meant so much to both of us.

She is such a professional and every other vendor (that we had previously selected ourselves) had only the best things to say about working with her. She's also just a genuinely good and fun person to work with. She cares about her couples and makes you feel like you're the only one she's working with. )I don't know if she ever sleeps!) She would be putting so much time and effort into our wedding in the months leading up to it yet she was also executing other FABULOUS weddings every weekend!

Diana is also a logistics queen, every bump in the road, she knew exactly how to navigate without compromising the vision or the experience, including our own family dramas (I wish she could help me in my daily life). It POURED on our wedding day and I didn't give it a single thought. I knew setup and execution, timelines, all of it were in the best hands and everything went so smoothly. We both (and our families) were able to fully be present and enjoy the day, I believe in being a "guest" at your own wedding and getting to enjoy it all.

I could write (even more of) a novel singing her praises, we both loved working with her. I'd marry my husband time and time again just to be able to work with Diana, if we ever throw another big party, she's our go to girl!

There are very few words to fully capture how incredible Diana and her team at Jubilee are. As a wedding industry professional for the past 9 years myself, I been a part of many weddings in all shapes and sizes, and when it came to my own wedding I knew I needed Diana. She and her team are TRULY the best of the best. My husband and I got married in Newport Rhode Island and had a large 230 person wedding. This was not a problem for Jubilee. Diana and her team handled EVERYTHING with ease, even coordinating our over 60 person immediate family and 22 person bridal party, to make sure everyone was where they needed to be. My mom was so beyond grateful for them, throughout the planning and design process they answered every question she had. Diana and Alice even came up to me at dinner and let me know they had gone to my husband and my suite and let out our 9 month old puppy, played with her, and fed her. I didn't even have to ask!! Jubilee is the absolute best decision you can make when choosing vendors. They handle everything one step ahead and they have INCREDIBLE taste and design talent. Jubilee honestly made my perfect vision come to life! They allowed me to be fully present on my wedding day and enjoy my time on the other side of things as the bride! Thank you Diana and team!! My husband and I got engaged in July 2020 and at that time, no one really knew what the trajectory of the pandemic would be. We didn’t want to put our lives on hold - so we planned our entire wedding with potential COVID restrictions in mind. Never in a million years was a tented wedding in July on my radar …but it ended up being the dream wedding we never knew we wanted! With so many moving parts and the ever changing restrictions, I can only imagine it was a logistical nightmare - but Jubilee made the entire experience completely seamless. Diana was instrumental in the creative planning process - she brought us her unique ideas, helped bring our visions to life, recommended the most seasoned & professional vendors, and offered so much invaluable experience and expertise while planning. Nothing felt off the table, Jubilee was willing to make anything happen for us! Having someone to help plan and organize the event from the start, manage the actual day from load in to load out, and someone to take care of any issues or concerns that arose allowed us to be completely present and enjoy every single moment of our wedding. Planning and hosting a wedding is a LOT of work and a good planner is worth their weight gold, I cannot even begin to imagine how differently our day would have been without Diana and her team. Working with Diana and her team at Jubilee Events was the best decision I could have made for my wedding. Diana truly captured my vision and went above and beyond the entire wedding planning process. While planning a wedding can be overwhelming and stressful at times, Diana made every step of the way easy and fun! Her style and creativity was inspiring to watch as she put together my wedding design. I was BLOWN AWAY when she presented the design and again when I saw it come to life at my wedding. She thinks of things I’ve never seen before and never in a million years would have thought of on my own. Her wedding design was truly unique to my husband and I as she was able to capture us so well with the small details.

Diana is always 5 steps ahead and handled everything and anything I threw at her amazingly. From switching venues and wedding date to me adding last minute request, Diana and her team turned situations that should have been stressful, and handled it while making it look easy.

Diana put together to most amazing team of vendors. The florist, DJ, live band, photographer, EVERYONE she brought on to my wedding was perfect. There was not one vendor who I felt like wasn’t the perfect fit, which I feel like is rare for weddings. But she knew the perfect people and brought on people who were perfect for my husband and I, while staying in budget.

Diana isn’t just a wedding planner. She really got to know my husband and I. She knew exactly what we needed during the wedding planning process (which was a lot due to my husband and I being horrible planners lol). And I feel so lucky to have had her as my wedding planner. I hit the jackpot when I found Jubilee Events online while looking for a wedding planner. I interviewed many planners but knew very quickly that I’d be going with Diana and her team. Her passion and creativeness when it came to weddings is unmatched.

I was able to have my dream wedding that exceeded any and every expectation I ever had, and it’s all thanks to Diana. Everyone deserves a Diana when it comes to planning their special day!

Diana, Alice, and the entire team at Jubilee Events are fantastic! I worked with them over the past year on my wedding this September, specifically on design and day/month-of coordination, and I could not have done it without them. Diana was an excellent sounding board, thought partner, gut check, and creative for me throughout the process. She made us feel heard and helped bring our vision to life in such a beautiful way. She truly went above and beyond and has great taste when it comes to decor and little details. When we got engaged and began to think about wedding planning, Diana and her team came highly regarded to us by my sister in law, Erica, a makeup artist in the industry, as well as a friend and former Jubilee Events bride!

Diana was everything we could’ve asked for in a planner. Since we had quite specific design preferences and a clear vision for our wedding, Diana seamlessly inserted her expertise, support, insane organization and attention to detail to help execute it flawlessly. Diana was ALWAYS just a phone call or email away, and any ounce of stress would immediately dissipate with a quick chat. There’s no better feeling than knowing the biggest day of your life will be in the most caring and hard working of hands, and that she truly makes sure the focus is on you and your partner. People will always ask if there was anything we would change about our day, and my answer.. consistently.. is absolutely nothing.
