Jumptastic Inflatables were amazing since the beginning, from the rental process to the pick up. Great customer service! We have used Jumptastic's several times now over the years and we couldn't be happier. Having Jumptastic's be a part of our son's birthday was THE BEST decision we made! He and his friends talk about it all year and they look forward to a weekend of craziness in the bounce house.
Such an amazing family who truly cares about your family's experience. Steven and Jessica's attention to detail and responsiveness to all forms of communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Once inflated Steven took the time to sanitize the bounce house, go over safety information, and answer any questions we had. Their bounce houses look brand new and are always the best-looking bounce houses we have ever seen. We appreciate the ability to book out for next year's party and make payments online. Also the drill weekend specials allow the kids an entire weekend of fun. Seriously why would you choose anyone else? Steven & Jessica earned a customer for life and we recommend ANYONE with kids to them.

Jumptastic was amazing! Friendly staff with great communication. Easy set up and take down. Price was very fair as well. Highly recommend for your next party! The unicorn bounce house/slide was such a hit for ours!

such a great family to work with. the whole process was quick and easy while set up and breakdown was seamless! they have such a wide variety of inflatables to choose from but also tables, chairs and concession items as well! will definitely be using them year after year and recommending to all my friends!

This was our first time renting a slide from somewhere. It was such a last minute decision and it did not disappoint! The communication was smooth, the delivery process was early and such a breeze. We had the absolute best time with their slide and can not wait for next month to do it again!

I sent a message for a quote. And they were super fast and responding. I found the prices very reasonable so I ordered a water slide for my son’s birthday. Communication was done by email and text which was so convenient. We received a text the day before with clear instructions and an estimated time of arrival. They were on time the day of the party and fast with the set up. Very courteous and gave clear directions on how to enjoy the slide. Pick up the following day was the same.

They are so involved with their customers, ensuring the most successful of events! My now 5-year-old absolutely loved his first time having a bounce house for his very own birthday.
