A year ago I purchased a new A-Liner Ranger 12 from this group. I was pleased with the sales process and the service too. Now that I have a better tow vehicle, I’m looking at trading up for the Expedition. Ryan has been easy to work with. Their prices are fair. They get extra points for having the sweetest dog, Radar.

UPDATE: I went back and Upgraded to the expedition. As always, they were so helpful. My salesman, Ryan was wonderful. Angel works miracles with the financing. And Cody gave me a thorough walk-through and explanation of all the bells and whistles on my new camper. One thing I noticed is, they do not add things onto the cost of the camper. The cost you see online is the total (other than taxes and registration). This Is a great team. And they stand behind their product.

My experience with the Service department was exceptional this morning. My RV was off-site and Juniata RV went to my camper and had the issue resolved within three hours. The staff was also very friendly working through the issue. Thank You for your exceptional service.

We would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the employees at Juniata RV. From start to finish the experience exemplified outstanding customer service without pressure or typical sale lines used to rush a sale. The words on Juniata’s website certainly hold true, “No Hidden Fees” regarding the purchase of a RV.

Prior to contacting Juniata, we ended up searching the web for another viable option after dealing with another dealership that we spoke with at an RV show. That dealership would have been much closer to our destination. However, we began to feel leary when statements like, if you buy today, the price is only good until the end of the show as well as when the sales purchasing process progressed all the hidden fees started to add on to the tune of a couple thousand dollars. We then located Juniata on the web, the no hidden fees captured us. We thought why don’t we call and find out if that is true as we are bottom line people and do not rush us.

I called and spoke with Brett. He shared all the information about the RV of interest, freely gave pricing without hesitation, and absolutely no pressure. The bottom line was close to 3500 less than the other dealership. My conversation with Brett was interactive, forthright, and informative. I immediately called my husband and said, I think I found our place, the sales person, and our RV.

We continued to speak with Brett about the details and process. He referred some of our questions to Angel, the finance manager and she retrieved information for us within the hour. Angel exuberates energy and happiness and is a joy to work with and speak to. The entire team has been great. If another sales person answered the phone if Brett was not available, they answered our questions immediately even though it was not their sale. Thank you, Ryan!

The decision was easy…Juniata was fair and consistent. We purchased a Venture SportTrek Touring Edition 343 Park RV. The RV needed to be transported from PA to NY. The transportation fee was very fair. Adam delivered our RV last week. Adam followed suit with the other employees and was thorough and gracious as he parked the RV in place, made leveling adjustments, and gave us an extensive inservice in regards to operation of all the bells and whistles. The owner was also kind and gracious and helped us determine how to adjust something after the RV was delivered.

We could not be happier with our RV. We had so much fun getting it set up as home for the upcoming summer in Lansing, N.Y. Our cockapoo, Bentley, is thrilled with the RV and his new bed to blend with the lovely furniture. The storage space is phenomenal and the furniture is incredibly comfortable. In what appears to be a smaller kitchen there is room for a fully operational kitchen based on design and thought. The Venture RV floor support structure with joists closer together than competitors, enhances the structural integrity and stability of the RV.

Before buying an RV, we highly recommend you call Juniata Valley RV. We are confident your experience will be as smooth and flawless as ours. Hats off to the manufacturer and design people at Venture as well. Your product is second to none!

I have worked with many RV Dealers all over the country and I will say that Eric and his team is one of if not the best! No pressure, straight forward, very helpful, and I can go on for more. He was closed during the holidays and went in and made a special trip for my family to see a new RV. He was fair and like he says had no hidden fees. It is worth the trip to Mifflintown, PA to see Eric and Juniata RV. They are as local as local can be. I would recommend them to anyone.

Finally able to get the coach in at another garage and had the air leveling/air brake issue fixed. As it turns out, Juniata Valley RV installed a ground wire to "fix" an issue and their "fix" resulted in an electrical back feed & fried sensor.

Got the coach back on 10/1 and took it for a trip this past weekend -- only to discover more that Juniata never fixed.

We tried to use the new AC/heat pump only to discover that the heat pump does NOT work. AND, the middle AC/heat pump which was hooked up to the rear thermostat ISN'T EVEN HOOKED UP NOW! AND, they never hooked up the NEW rear unit to operate the Aqua Hot - as it was set to do on the old thermostat. AND, they fraudulently charged me for a thermostat which was NEVER installed.

AND IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, there is a HUGE gouge in the slide from the repair.

The story I keep hearing from them is "we don't work on coaches". I never asked them to fix a "coach" issue. ALL of the repairs should have been well within their scope considering they manage to install slides and AC/heat pumps in the tag and 5th wheels that they sell. And, I know for a fact that they install AC/heat pumps in coaches since they installed one -- yes, in a COACH -- for a friend of ours.

They may be great at selling units, but they stink at service AND customer service. I have filed complaints with the BBB and Attorney General.

A special “Thank you” to Eric and the team at Juniata Valley RV. We started working with them in February to purchase a Vanleigh Beacon 42RDB. Due to many factors we were unable to pick up the rig until April. Eric was polite, patient, helpful and understanding. His team did a fantastic job walking us through every inch of our rig from top to bottom. Allowing us to stay on site for two days to answer any questions and tweak a few minor items was appreciated and a true representation of them providing a personal experience. We have great experience with Juniata Valley RV. It's the first time to purchase a camper van and we were very excited and nervous, but they were so friendly and make everything smooth. We purchased a 2021 Winnebago Solis 59P, and their technician walked us through every details that really help for a first time RV buyer. We hired a certified RV inspector and they were so cooperate with our inspector. They also fixed everything our RV inspector pointed out. The transition was very smooth and they are very responsive. They were happy to correct a title a couple of times as there was error on a title.
I would recommend everyone to Juniata Valley RV and will update my RV through them in the future. Thank you!

After driving for 7 hours we blew out a leaf spring on the highway. Not your everyday issue. By the grace of God we just happened to be 2 miles out from Juniata RV. We contacted them to see if they could help us out and not only were they able to locate a replacement part on site they were able to send out 2 service guys (Cody and Ralph?) to fix it on the side of the highway. Total pros . They had it swapped out in no time. I could not say better things about the service, speed and professionalism they showed. They helped us out in a very difficult situation. I would give them 10*
