I am a planner by default but to have a Disney Planner made a huge difference especially one who specialized is those with Autism. He was able to make recommendations to us and give specific information for touring the parks with Autism.

As well to have someone who had to get up early for reservations was AMAZING!. Waking up to an e-mail saying I had all the meal reservations I wanted was a great way to wake up.

On our 2nd last day my husband was not going to be able to do the parks the next day due to nerve damage in his feet. I contacted Justin who made some calls and was able to find us an ECV to be delivered to us to use the next day.

Was a pleasure to work with Justin and would work with him again.
