My husband and I are still beaming with joy after our wedding two weeks ago. It was over a year in the making, and I can confidently say it wouldn’t have been the incredible success it was without Justyna and her team as our wedding planners. While some might argue that the venue or photographer are the most important vendors, I firmly believe that having an outstanding wedding planner is the key to a flawless event.

With my husband being Polish, me being from California, and us living in NYC, we knew from the start that we needed a planner for our Warsaw wedding. Since I’m still learning Polish, it was essential that our planner spoke English fluently, and Justyna’s English is absolutely perfect. We interviewed five planners before choosing Justyna, and I’m so grateful we took the time to find the perfect match. From our first meeting, it was clear that Justyna was the right choice. Rather than focusing solely on the “vibe,” she walked us through her meticulous organizational approach—she is an exceptionally skilled project manager. This resonated with us because, in reality, a wedding is a complex project with many moving parts.

Justyna found nearly all of our vendors and ensured we had weekly meetings to discuss progress, updates, and answer our many questions. She negotiated contracts on our behalf and always came up with creative solutions. My husband and I are quite detail-oriented, and we wanted to be involved in many decisions, which Justyna fully supported.

As a bride, I might be biased in saying it was the best wedding ever, but many of our guests have confirmed it was one of the most memorable they’ve attended. The reason for that is undoubtedly Justyna and her team. They ensured our event was not only flawlessly organized but also left a lasting impression on everyone there.

Gosh where to begin when describing the best night of your life! We chose to have our wedding in Warsaw for logistical reasons but my husband and I live in Los Angeles. We both have busy work schedules, him in tech and the film industry for myself, so I was pretty nervous about planning an international wedding. I spoke with a few planners but I got the best feeling from Justyna’s website and Instagram. She was the most engaged of all the planners and I felt I could trust her! We chose to have her help us with preparations and on the day and I’m so glad I did because it would’ve been hell to coordinate all of that, while Justyna and her team (Maja :)) handled it all with grace and precision, so we were able to just have fun!

We had lovely zoom meetings in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I know it’s not common to have too many Jewish weddings in Poland but Justyna came to meetings with the rabbi and really went the extra mile for us to make our ceremony seamless!

From our side, we have nothing to complain about. We chose Justyna because of her youthful and friendly manner. Particularly, she stood out in the benchmark comparison with others by understanding our needs and saying, "we can do this, it's feasible," while the others did not take us seriously.
