The JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa is like a really cool.When I stayed there, I felt like I was in a fancy hotel that made me feel super special. The room was big and comfortable, with a really cozy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. The pool area was amazing, with a huge, sparkling pool where you could splash around and relax.

The hotel also had a spa where adults could get a massage and feel super relaxed. I loved looking around at all the neat places to eat, where the food looked so tasty and fun to try. The staff were all friendly and made sure everything was perfect during my stay.

Even though I didn’t check out the kids floor, there was so much to see and do that I never got bored. It felt like the perfect place to stay when visiting Disney World, because it was calm and fancy but still fun. I would definitely come back again for another great adventure!

Very nice, newer hotel near Disney Springs. The cafe inside has great coffee and several take and go options for quick meals. The steakhouse on the lobby level is delicious. The breakfast buffet on the pool level is also yummy. Rooms are clean and quiet. Overall great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely new hotel that rates a solid 4.5 stars. Excellent service and staff. Located at the far end of Bonnet Creek in a remote but also quiet location - the only occasional noise is that of room doors (which are super heavy) - no outside noise at all. Pool and hot-tub open 8am - 10pm but the pool bar closes at 5pm. Both pools felt heated and were a nice temp in the cool March weather. Free towels and lounge chairs - cabanas to rent. Not sure when the “busy” season is, but hotel was only sparsely occupied in early March and mostly with conference guests. The food at the Lobby bar was very good, 9th floor restaurant Illume was superb - but you will pay JW prices at both. 2 bedroom “queen” rooms are adequate - expect no view, but good sized bathrooms. Other high-end hotels do things like free morning coffee in the lobby - here you have to buy it which feels like profit maximization and a tad cheap. Biggest negative is the gym area which is a complete afterthought - very small space with some cardio machines and a very small free weight area, no real windows and the heat was set to 73 - so it also doubled as the sauna! Overall, an excellent hotel with beautiful public spaces and great pool area.

In my opinion, this place is expensive for what it is. On top of the $500 plus nightly rate, there is a $50 nightly resort fee, and a $38 nightly parking fee ($54 for valet). The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The buffet for my wife and I was $40 per person but after taxes and tipping the server was $100. The prices wouldn’t bother me so much but it really seems like they sacrifice quality in some areas when they are really charging a lot. The toilet paper was horrible and so were the towels. The pillows were so flat I could hardly tell there was a pillow inside the pillowcase. The soaps, shampoo and conditioner were good quality and there was a lot in the dispenser. But don’t take anything home with you because there was a sign in our bathroom saying you would be charged $45 per missing item. Most of the staff seemed friendly. The shuttle from the hotel to the parks was great! Comfortable, air conditioned, and playing Disney movies. The shuttle drivers were kind and professional. While we were at the pool I noticed it took a long time to get food/drinks as there was only one waitress working the pool area on Spring Break weekend. All in all, I would choose somewhere else to stay next time just because this place is extremely overpriced for what it is.

We rented a Cabana through resort pass and it was wonderful. The staff were extremely attentive, and the experience itself was exemplary. Anything we need, our sever Marssia was able to accommodate above and beyond. She was extremely helpful, so kind, gracious, and we would love to come back just for her service alone. The adult pool was calm and inviting, the staff for the cabana made us feel so at home, it was lovely. I would definitely return here at the JW.

I almost do not want to review this secret luxury resort in DISNEY!! The staff's exceptional service, kindness, and positivity will make a lasting impression on you. Everyone was always happy!! The spaciousness and wonderful amenities in the rooms made our stay feel luxurious and relaxing. ||They shuttle service to Disney is perfect. Make a reservation and understand the times for pick-up and drop-off, its simple. If you miss the shuttle you are in the Disney area so getting a Lyft to get back to hotel is very easy. ||The pool and restaurants are fantastic. It's such a hidden gem in the Disney area. The roof top bar is lovely, just another wonderful place to enjoy sushi and drinks and watch Disney fireworks. ||Gym and Spa not to be missed! After a long day at the parks...a spa treatment and the steam / sauna is wonderful. ||Love love love this hotel. Everyone is happy and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for work. The hotel was very nice and luxurious. But what I liked the most was the service of my housekeeper Brenda F. My room was always very clean and tidy even though I was so messy. She made details in my room that made the difference with the hotels I have stayed at and what caught my attention the most is that during the day I saw her on several occasions always with a positive attitude she greeted me and asked me how my day was going. That makes the difference. The food and drinks were definitely on another level and the attention of the employees was excellent. It would be wonderful if all hotels had employees like these because they would be super successful. THE BEST OF THE BEST THE HUMAN CAPITAL. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED.

We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. We love the fact it has an adult pool. We come here several times a year and the staff stays the same which is comforting. On our most recent visit Samantha who served us at the lobby bar was exceptional. Very attentive and friendly and makes the best old fashioned I’ve ever had. The food is also exceptional. Definitely some of the best in Orlando. Sea and sear and illume are great restaurants. We love the close proximity to the Disney parks while not having to stay at a Disney hotel. Deserves 10 stars not 5.
