If there were an award for the greatest Universal Studios tour guide organizer of all time, Cameron would win it every single year! From the moment we arrived, Cameron made sure everything was absolutely flawless—like they had a magic wand making the entire experience smoother than a red carpet premiere.

Not only was Cameron incredibly knowledgeable, but they also had the kind of energy that could rival a Hollywood blockbuster! Every detail was handled with care, every question answered with a smile, and somehow, they made our group feel like VIPs the entire time. They even had the best recommendations, ensuring we hit all the must-see spots without feeling rushed.

If you’re lucky enough to have Cameron organizing your tour, consider yourself blessed by the Universal Studios gods. Five stars aren’t enough—they deserve their own theme park!

I am the band director of this trip. Mike was exceptional in all aspects of this trip. It was my first time traveling with a tour director and I couldn’t believe the difference it makes. Our rooms were ready and primed when we got there, the lanyards and passes were prepared. He had an in depth understanding of our schedule, and provided excellent local knowledge and advice to make our trip more enjoyable. He was instrumental in aiding in the SUCCESSFUL recovery of lost items. He was always ready and we never had to wait on him. He was always professional and well represented Kaleidoscope. FIVE STARS.

CAMERON PARKER IS AN AMAZING TOUR GUIDE!!! Had him 2 years ago… HE WAS GREAT! Had him 2 years later… HE WAS EVEN BETTER!!! He is one of the major highlights during our universal trip, as even though we see so little of him, he still manages to leave an impact through his humour and his kindness. I’ve never seen someone so in touch with their job and be so incredibly cheerful through out an entire day. Of course, it is his job as a tour guide to be a positive and approachable person, but Cameron seems genuine, like he enjoys being around people. I believe that everyone that has experienced him as a tour guide, or just as a person, can agree that he is a positive light. Mike was awesome, gave us all the tips we needed . He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the attractions. He took care of all our needs even helping finding a students lost wallet as Disney. Would recommend him, even if he loves the University of Florida athletics. GO VOLS!!
