We hired Kaleidoscope Events to decorate our wedding. Ashley was absolutely amazing! Going into our initial meeting I was so nervous because I felt like I had no idea how to put all of my ideas together and she helped me to do that and so much more. When I didn’t think I even needed a wedding planner, she helped me plan my entire wedding in one sitting and reminded me of so many things I was forgetting. She also has SO much inventory herself that you can rent from her, so we took advantage of that for a few items including the beautiful table numbers. While it was just a hire for set up, I gave her my full trust and freedom to do their thing and her and her team set up everything far beyond my expectations. It was the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever seen and I’m so over the top happy with everything! They came back right on time when it was coming to an end and stayed out of our way while safely packing everything up unbelievably fast. She really made the best day of my life completely worry free, I just can’t say enough good things! Thank you Ashley and the Kaleidoscope team!

Ashley with Kscope events is an absolutely DYNAMIC human! She has impeccably executed two extremely special events for me in the past two years. The first being my intimate fall elopement wedding last year and the other being our baby shower! Each time she is the perfect professional, communicative, and so very creative with how she makes the aesthetic you want come alive! She is a visionary and takes so much of the stress out of planning and decorating for you that she is worth every single penny and more. I literally do not trust ANYONE else to coordinate and execute my events except for her. I am so grateful that I found her and would highly recommend her to you if you want to have a BEAUTIFUL event that people will be talking about for years! Awesome space if you want a blank slate or minimal decor. We booked the space for our wedding weekend welcome party- we met with Ashley in the morning to do a walk through and get the keys, then we were able to start decorating right away!
We had plenty of space for our guests to sit and eat or stand and mingle, as well as lots of table space for our food and drink set up!
When we ran into a slight hiccup, Ashley was easy to reach and came to the rescue pretty immediately- it is obvious she takes pride in her business, her clients and her event space.
Our out of town guests found the space easily and appreciated the ample parking!

The BEST event decorator, coordinator EVER! Ashley did such a great job throughout the whole process of preparing for my wedding reception. Tried to hire Ashley to do my baby shower, did a call with her to discuss concepts etc. she said she’d be sending over a contract shortly. Didn’t hear from her for weeks and when I went to follow up because I was getting to the point where invites needed to be sent out at the time that she suggested they go out, she told me she’d be in touch with me that following Monday and I never heard from her. I understand people are busy, but if you don’t have the time for clients just say that instead of stringing someone along.

I worked with kaleidoscope events for my son's baby shower and they were absolutely amazing!! This is my first time working with an event planner and I was apprehensive because I'm such a simple person but they absolutely subsided my reservations from the beginning until the end. I worked directly with Ashley for the time coming up to the party and, to say the least, she is well versed in the event planning industry. She was able to answer any questions or concerns quickly, thoroughly, and professionally while offering a beautiful location for my event. She had many recommendations for quality products to use that would ensure the vision we wanted would come alive while still acquiring the simplicity that I strived for. Both Ashley and Haleigh were set up and ready when I arrived and the location was decorated beautifully. Following the shower they arrived promptly to clean up and were just the Most pleasant to work with. Overall, I would highly recommend these women and Kaleidoscope Events to plan your next party as I hope to be using them in the future myself!! Thank you again for everything ladies!!

I hired Kaleidoscope Events back in 2018 to be my day of wedding coordinator/ decor / dessert table design. From the day I signed the contract Ashley was so helpful, responsive ,answered all my questions, and brought me down when I would get overwhelmed. My wedding was postponed due to COVID, however Ashley was still there helping me with any and everything I needed answers . Kaleidoscope literally does it all and can get you or point you in the direction of whatever you need for your event. The day of my wedding was AMAZING!!! A large part was because of Ashley and Haley. They were great in making sure everything ran smoothly. They made sure I didn’t want or need anything on the day of my wedding. I would recommend them for any event because they are professional, very responsive, and helpful with decision making. Kaleidoscope Events show up and get the job done !!!!
