I had a wonderful experience working with the Keith Watson team while planning my wedding. Their professionalism, flexibility, creativity, and can-do attitude truly make them unique. They assisted every step of the way--from helping me envision the design/decor to coordinating the day-of, they had every aspect covered. I also really appreciated their organization throughout the process. The whole team is wonderful, but I'd like to especially recognize Becky and Savannah for all of their hard work and expertise that made the day go off without a hitch. The florals were stunning and everything went off without a hitch, even with a last minute change in plans due to weather. My daughter recently got married and we used Keith Watson Productions for design, event management, vendor negotiations, etc. Planning a wedding can be both an exciting and stressful time. They went above and beyond at every step of the journey to make sure this experience amazing for my daughter and myself. The design was both creative and beautiful! They are very good at listening to what is important to you and working within your budget guidelines. Any stress the day of was from nerves only as we had nothing at all to be concerned with. From early in the morning to the last gift being packed in the car, they took care of every single detail. I have two more daughters to get married one day, and we will definitely use their services again! Highly recommend!

My husband and I cannot express how grateful we are to Lauren, Giovanni, and the entire Keith Watson team. Our wedding day went absolutely flawlessly thanks to this team from the planning months before to the day of. Lauren was with us every step of the day from delivering our bouquets to the hotel room where my bridesmaids and I were getting ready, to fluffing my dress before walking down the aisle, fixing my makeup after getting cake everywhere, and loading all of our gifts and decor into my parents car at the end of the day. I cannot imagine our wedding day any other way and would recommend this company 10/10 times. Thank you Keith Watson events for making our wedding day absolute perfection!

Keith Watson Events really made our wedding come together in the most beautiful way. We want to give a special shoutout to Savannah Nedeau, who worked with us from the beginning to the end on planning our wedding. The recommendations she gave for all of our vendors were spot on, and she worked with all of our vendors to ensure our wedding day flowed seamlessly. She did a wonderful job at capturing the vision we had for our wedding. Our family and friends could not stop talking about how beautiful, smooth, and wonderful our whole wedding was. Thank you to both Savannah and Shelby, who was also on-site for coordination on our wedding day and helped to make things so smooth! Both of you made our wedding a wonderful experience. We hired Keith Watson Events very early in our wedding planning process, and they truly ended up being worth every penny. We worked with a handful of the employees there, all of whom were very polite and professional, and most of our time was spent planning with Amy Keene and Sarah Larson. They were extremely helpful during the wedding planning process, especially in the last few months as everything started to come to a head. For all the times we were worried about some particular detail, it seemed like Amy and Sarah were already three steps ahead in taking care of anything that might be an issue. Their day-of coordination was absolutely phenomenal! We really didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the day of our wedding because Sarah was there to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. She constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, always had a smile and sweet comment for us, flawlessly navigated any potential family drama without us finding out until days later from friends, and even became dubbed the “coffee fairy” when she popped out of nowhere with a cup of delicious coffee for the bride (who had made an off-handed comment to a groomsman about really wanting coffee, but thinking there was none around).

The decorations they offer are a bit expensive, but again, absolutely worth every penny. Our venue on its own was very pretty, but the decorations and the setup from Keith Watson took our venue’s appearance beyond anything we could have ever imagined. They even took our adoration of market lights and incorporated it into something that was truly spectacular! We sat down to dinner after our first dance, and it literally took our breath away and brought tears to our eyes to see everything we had imagined (but struggled to convey into words) brought to reality—but better! For anyone planning a wedding, we cannot over-recommend enlisting the services of Keith Watson Events. You will not be disappointed!

Best day of my life!!!

It was such a pleasure to work with Keith Watson Events to plan my wedding! They helped me plan my dream wedding and made all my requests come true. I couldn't have asked for better planners. Maile was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns, and had such great insight into the process that made this seemingly stressful process, much less stressful. Maile and Savannah were so helpful and organized on my wedding day and really helped me just enjoy the day and not stress at all. They knew everything about the wedding, and all of our vendors, and were so great at corresponding between everyone elegantly and efficiently. I would definitely work with them again in the future for parties and our vow renewal!!

Keith Watson Events was amazing to work with through the planning of our wedding and during the wedding itself. They were extremely organized, quick to respond, and had great suggestions and input on everything we asked about, and even a lot of stuff we didn't think about. Maile was extremely detail oriented and covered every single thing necessary to make our wedding beautiful, fun, and exactly what we wanted. Maile and Savannah did a great job during the wedding of coordinating the timing, and making sure myself and my *now* wife were completely stress free. They took care of special requests, as well as helping with a small reschedule of one of our activities on the day of in a completely stress free and easy manner. I would love to work with them again for future events and would recommend them to any of my friends or family.
