Karla from Kelli Teglas Events was amazing! Not only did she help us through a traumatic experience when we lost our original wedding venue and had to change our dates, she made sure to switch potential contracts around to stick with us for our special day when we had our date change. She was always available, super helpful with following up on my endless list of wedding chores, and made sure our guests were attended to on our big day. I was hesitant to hire a day of coordinator, but the heavens were shining the day I booked Karla!

If you’re planning a wedding, stop what you’re doing and give this absolute force of a woman a call. We hired Kelli as our day of coordinator for our October 2024 wedding. In the last few months leading up to the wedding, we had a few issues with our venue. Kelli became involved and talked us through every obstacle. She did a site visit, multiple phone calls, and went above and beyond to help ensure we had the best day ever. Her professionalism, organizational skills, and people skills are top level. Also, she was funny and nice to talk with while doing our planning calls. On the day of the wedding she was the boss. I told her I didn’t want to make any decisions that day and I didn’t have to! She was in contact with my vendors, set up my decor, and at the end of the night boxed everything up and packed it into cars. Guys, she even helped me change out of my wedding dress and into a more comfortable after party outfit. On the day of the wedding she brought an assistant, Sheila. Sheila was so sweet and friendly and just as involved as Kelli in making our day go smoothly. Kelli made sure me and my husband had time to breathe, food to eat, and drinks to drink while we were waiting for our entrance away from the guests. Her knowledge and experience in the wedding business is unmatched and was so helpful along the way, down to the little details that I never even thought of. Wedding planning is no joke and she has the exact set of skills to help you get through it. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend hiring Kelli for your wedding. Her day of coordinator fee is very reasonable and absolutely worth it. I didn’t know at first if I would need a day of coordinator, and when you’re spending so much money on a wedding it may seem like an extra luxury. Now that I’ve experienced it I can say it’s not a luxury it’s a must! Pick up that overtime to fit it in your budget if you need to! Kelli, you are dynamite. Thanks for making our day so very perfect!
