Kelly was there for us every step of the way! She had innovative ideas that worked with our theme and budget, came with us to the venues to help us decide what would be right for our wedding, coordinated all of the day of set up and kept us on schedule during the reception. She was flexible, genuinely excited about every aspect of our big day, and totally dedicated to making our vision of our wedding a reality. We had a huge HUGE wedding with two cultures and were worried how everything would come together - with Kelly it did!!! She was patient, organized, professional, and willing to meet/touch base as much as I needed during the planning process. We couldn't have asked for more.

LOVED working with Kelly! I cannot say enough good things about her work.

I hired her as a day-of coordinator back in 2018, pre-pandemic. My wedding finally happened in 2021 and Kelly stuck by me through the entire postponement process. She was flexible with the constant pandemic-related change, calming when I was frustrated with the wedding, and highly responsive via email, phone, and Zoom. Kelly also exceeded her contracted duties to help me through this trying time. She even traveled to LA for my wedding after moving out of the area!

On wedding day, she executed everything perfectly. She did a GORGEOUS job on the little details of a very elaborate wedding.

Kelly was amazing! I could not have asked for a better coordinator. She paid attention to every detail and it was exactly how I imagined. She met with me multiple times and had a venue walk through to make sure she had everything down. She is kind, patient and demonstrates a real understanding of what goes into a wedding, asking me many questions I hadn’t even thought of. She captured the look we were going for and gave great advice. I was a bit nervous not getting to see anything until moments before but that wasn’t needed because it was exactly how I wanted. I would definitely recommend her for any event.

Hiring Kelly Raba as my wedding coordinator was absolutely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She is such a sweet person and after our first meeting with her at the venue and going through the timeline we felt so much better and less stress about our wedding day coming up. She was always quick to respond to my emails whenever I had any questions, which was really important to me. She was also great following up with all the vendors the week before so they knew what time and where to be the day of. It was a blessing to be able to spend precious time with our families before our ceremony and know that Kelly was setting up and making sure every detail was in place. I gave her all my decor the day of and she worked her butt off and displayed everything so beautifully and perfectly. All of our family and friends were very impressed. Our wedding day was virtually stress-free. We would highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding. With Kelly’s help, our wedding was the smoothly-run success we dreamt it could be!

I hired Kelly as my Day-Of Wedding coordinator and she was AMAZING! She made my wedding day absolutely perfect and stress free. I knew I could trust her and not worry about a thing. She was so helpful with any questions I had along the way and always responded quickly. I highly recommend hiring Kelly as your coordinator. Not only is she great at what she does she has the best attitude while doing it. I will forever be thankful for Kelly!!! I loved her timeline ideas for the day and she communicated so well with all my other vendors. I truly can’t thank her enough!

Kelly is an absolutely amazing wedding coordinator and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for our wedding! We hired Kelly for partial planning and day of coordination, and she helped us so much with everything. Many of the vendors she has worked with will offer a discount since you were referred by Kelly, and because of this we saved enough money that we were able to get things we didn’t think we were going to be able to afford (like a huge dessert bar!). Kelly helped us find all of our vendors and choose out the vendors’ packages that best fit in our budget while still being what we wanted. (For example, I really wanted 2 videographers instead of just 1 but that didn’t fit in my budget, so Kelly helped me move around my budget a bit to be able to afford them!)

Kelly is really talented; our wedding was on Star Wars day so we wanted the reception to be classy yet Star Wars-themed, and Kelly had so many fun ideas! I also had a lot of random decorations that I wasn’t sure what to do with, and she found places all over the venue to put them and make the space look really cool! Additionally, when we were struggling to find a place to take pictures, Kelly drove around with us until we found somewhere we loved.

Finally, she was a total lifesaver: the bridal party, my husband, and I all left in a limo to go take pictures before the ceremony, and the limo ended up leaving us there with no way to contact him. To make matters worse, my long veil was too heavy and kept falling off, and no one had bobby pins to get it to stay. Our photographer called Kelly, who immediately took off to get to us. We made it to the ceremony 10 minutes before it started and Kelly got my veil to stay on through the whole ceremony!

The wedding turned out even better than I imagined, and I couldn’t have done it without Kelly! Thank you Kelly for making our wedding absolutely perfect and so much fun!

We were really happy that we found Kelly to day coordinate our wedding. She was very attentive and made the whole process of planning a wedding, especially with us living in Sweden, very easy. She took care of all of the little things that never crossed my mind. She took charge coordinating our families, our wedding party and then helped me set up things in the reception room. She even went out that evening to get us batteries for a decoration. Our wedding day was amazing. Kelly kept everything on track the entire day and also helped break down all the decorations and had everything put in our room the end of the night. Not only is Kelly very well organized, professional, and competent, but also has a very calm presence. She made me feel less stressed and not so nervous about the whole process. She was the ideal coordinator for us, and we felt very lucky. She was excellent and I could not recommend her highly enough. Thanks Kelly!
