Absolutely amazing!! Called on a Saturday they were able to come out get the septic pumped. The guy helped dig to find the front of my tank. We realize my tank was installed backwards & my pipes from house to the tank were broke. Their prices definitely beat their competitors hands down. I will definitely be using them from now on!!

Kevin promptly came out to my son's house next door as he was having issues with his system. I had him pump my tank when he was done with my son's. He offered us a discount for doing them both on the same call. He gave us both some good information for maintaining our systems in the future. He was very professional and worked hard to take care of our needs. I will definitely be using him again on my next scheduled pump out.

Damien and Gavin are exceptionally nice young men. Very personal. Explained what they were doing and the condition of my tank. Could not ask for better service. They serviced our property on 8/28/25 on Curtis rd and at my residence on Roehrs rd 9/4/25. Would definitely recommend them to you.

Highly recommend this company for any septic needs! They came out earlier this spring to empty our tank and when we started having similar issues again just recently, Andy came out for a second time to help us assess our issues. Each person we have dealt with at Kevin’s Burns septic is very knowledgeable and super friendly! Cannot say enough good things!

Great experience start to finish! Called on a Tuesday (7/16) and they were able to schedule us for the following Tuesday (7/23). I ended up having a last minute scheduling conflict & I called on Monday (7/22) morning and they were able to come out a couple hours later to clean our septic tank a whole day earlier than originally scheduled. They were friendly with my two young boys who were very curious about what was going on. They were in and out quickly leaving minimal trace in the yard. We will definitely use them again when we are due for another septic tank cleaning in 4 years!
