We had the best experience booking our trip through Keys to the Castle! Kelsey was absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly responsive and detail oriented. She helped us decide between several resorts, finding the one that worked best for our family. She even helped us pivot when we realized the skyliner would be down during our stay. She recommended a Royal Guest Suite at Port Orleans, which our princess loving toddler was in awe over! Conor from Keys to the Castle recently booked our Viking Christmas on the Rhine Cruise. It was a pleasure working with him. He took care of all the details, kept us on track with deadlines, and sent out important reminders. When we decided to add on a pre extension months after our initial booking, Conor was able to make that happen.
