I booked and paid for 1 night online for $90, arrived to check in and was immediately asked to pay $100 more that would be refunded after my stay. There policy cost more than the room.. I couldn't get a straight answer on how long it would take untill I got that $100 back, I probably won't.

Room was disgusting when wanted new room was told needed a deposit. The initial room was already paid for so why would I need another deposit? Woman at front desk would not give us a refund but did call the cops on us. Police were very nice to us and informed us they are always here due to this exact situation. I called booking.com they called the motel and I was then finally told by booking.com the motel will give a refund in 5 days. I better see that refund or this hotel will have a call from my lawyer. I have NEVER dealt with such RUDENESS OR UNPROFESSIONALISM in my life! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON'T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!

Positive: The location was close to Knoebels, which was our intended destination. Negative: We checked in and got to our room and within the first five minutes started seeing roaches running everywhere. The ceiling is dirty and falling apart, the heater smells atrocious, and having roaches crawl around everywhere was not a great time.

The tvs didnt work . We booked two rooms and there was no warning about $100 deposit. Then when we went to check out they took the key and didn’t say nothing about the deposit . Had to speak up to get it back .please don’t say you don’t tolerate this behavior on like any other post . You need to do better!!

The people working there are rude want to get an attitude cause I call to find out where my 100 dollar deposit is. It’s been a week the first night I stayed it was back the same day. Now waiting over a week my bank puts the money back rite away I had the first night deposit back in less than 3 hrs. Recommend going somewhere else

I strongly encourage potential guests to find a different place to sleep. The Inn is absolutely disgusting and falling apart both inside and out. I wasn't expecting much since it was a cheap hotel but it was way worse than i could imagine. Its relatively close to Knoebels which is why we initially booked it but we didn't know we were going to be sharing the room with roaches and their friends.

Roaches were found throughout the room, there were holes in the walls, several pieces of furniture/decorations were falling apart (including the smoke alarm), there was what appeared to be black mold in the shower and the room was not cleaned. The bed was made, but there were stains on all of the covers/sheets and we found clothing/jewelry from previous guest around the room.

The rooms also have two doors, which is fine unless you get a room like my family did where the door leading outside wouldn't lock. While my room was missing the chain for the door that led to the hotel hallway. The staff were able to get the locked fixed to my family's door, but the chain remained off mine.

Bed bugs, roaches, and wet moldy walls. All this found within 5 minutes of being in the room. Hotel refused to acknowledge any problems and wouldn’t give a refund.

Owners clearly stopped maintaining this place and are trying to get every dollar they can out of it before it inevitably closes.

Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The bathroom is disgusting. None of the beds were clean and we spent the entire night dealing with roaches running around the room. ONTOP of the fact one of our doors leading to the outside didn't lock. Staff fixed it but that should have never been a problem to begin with. No one walks around these rooms bothering to do the slightest clean as we have found old socks and earrings laying around. The chain to lock our door is no longer on our door. You are better off pulling into the sheetz parking lot two minutes to the road and sleeping in your car than staying here.
