RJ was awesome to work with from Kool Beans! He did a great job. I hired him for my friends bridal shower and the balloon arch was the hit of the party! RJ was great at communicating, delivery and setup. Will definitely use his services again.

I was so excited to use this company for a surprise Easter bunny on 4/9/2022-I called MULTIPLE times to make sure that it was noted, that one of the children is DEATHLY allergic to any foods made with, containing or near peanuts. I was assured each call that it is their practice to NOT EVER use candy or anything with nuts because of allergies, I was very encouraged to hear that. Unfortunately, this was NOT the case- EVERY SINGLE EGG for EVERY child had some sort of candy in it that contains peanuts. I immediately called and spoke with Kyle -who was very apologetic and told me that he would have someone call me, no one did- I called myself today- requesting to speak to an owner/manager and got RJ- he was very nonchalant about things in my opinion. Told me that there was nothing that they could do at this point and it was a mistake, but since our bunnies are already discounted, there is no sort of refund or discount that they would be able to provide me with and if I did not want to use them in the future - he would understand. I am sorry - but $125 for not even a full 15 minute appearance- bunny did not have the music like I was told they would have. All of that I was fine with, however I can not overlook the oops -sorry attitude, if an adult had not noticed - the kids all under the age of 8 who share everything , could have easily given the wrong piece of candy to my nephew and that would have been a deadly mistake - and I seriously am so disappointed in how passive Rj was about this. I throw a lot of events for my grand children and will be looking for a place that actually means what it says. Would never use them again or recommend - solely based on the oops attitude

Disappointed.. the grinches face mask kept needing to be adjusted and just over poor quality of costume. Was told they would bring balloons and that didn’t happen. Overall disappointed in the quality

This is the second year in a row I’ve used Kool Beans for my sons birthday party. Last year we had Mickey Mouse come and this year it was Sonic. The costumes were so good… they show up on time, and this year sonic stayed extra time and interacted with the kids as they played. They loved it! We plan on using Kool Beans again next year 🙂

I booked Skye for my daughter’s birthday party and was advised that there would be gift bags for the kids. Skye was great but the speaker they brought died 5 mins into the 30 min time frame with “dance party” and no goodie bags were brought. Thankfully I had some stuff on hand to make for the kids. The girl was very apologetic and said I would get a call from the owner the next day. I left 3 voicemails/messages with a live person with no return call and an email that did not get a response. It’s a shame, I was very excited to start using them since my daughter is 4 and many birthdays to come that I could use their services. Their customer service is poor at best.

I've used Kool Beans for balloons and they've been wonderful. I am several states away from these grandchildren so I used them for a Super Hero visit to my grandson. HUGE HIT !! The visit was wildly appreciated, kids were so impressed ! I've ordered another visit for a different birthday - cannot wait to hear the results.

Coffee was good but not very hot. Sandwiches were average; only got 2 half strips of bacon on sandwich. Atmosphere very nice and cozy!

Yes I paid Kool Beans to set up balloons for a 50th birthday party. I show him the backdrop for the party to put the balloons around and I gave him the size of my backdrop. It was 8ft high and 6ft wide. He said he would give me star balloons also. He did none of this. The balloons were already at the event when I arrived 2 hours early. Too small ,not in the right spot,no stars not as contracted. I paid him my money ,not the hall. When I called he was argumentive with me. If I could give zero stars , I would. Unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!!!!!. HSO THE BALLONS WERE JUST AN EYE SORE. MY BACKDROP DID NOT FIT, BECAUSE HE SET UP A FREE STANDING BALLOONS AND NOT AROUND MY BACKDROP
