I purchased a tour to Cuzco, Peru for my husband and 3 years old son; unfortunately my 3 years old got very sick due to the high altitude of the mountains and Katya was there for us, she immediately worked her magic and sent a bilingual doctor to the hotel room to check on my son as soon as she was contacted by us, my son was transferred to a private hospital to get some oxygen and he recovered soon after receiving very good care of the doctors and nurses. My son could go to enjoy the tours the next day. Kp's services were great, not only the organization/programs of all the tours and accommodation of hotel but I will always thanks Katya for helping my son and acting fast when we needed her the most. Katya was always checking on my husband and son during their stay in Peru, I will recommend her services 100%.

I purchased a 5 day tour of Cusco and Machu Picchu Peru for my entire family including small children. Katya was very kind and helpful, everything was well organized and went very smooth with no delays. Everything was scheduled and set up for us in advance. The guides were excellent and each hotel was nice and in a safe area. It was a great stress free experience thanks to Katya, I recommend her services 100%.
