Well run, great owner and staff. Very clean and nicely equipped. Spaces are roomy enough, and level. You can tell the owners care about this property. I’d love to come back here.

Friendly staff. Be sure to take advantage of the pool and hot tub. The full-timers don’t seem to use it. I asked for the quote overflow spot, which is up right next to the pool and hot tub. It was like having my own private spa. They have a nice little workout room, and a very clean laundry room.

Wonderful park! Clean bathhouse and laundry. Wide, clear roads throughout and flat spacious RV sites make this beautifully landscaped park a dream. Road noise from nearby I-17 is minimal. Steve is welcoming, helpful, and kind to everyone.

We stayed in May for a week and a half. Very clean, nice, and the lot sizes are good. Easy to get in and out. Plenty to do in the area. Definitely recommend this RV Park. Hot tub and pool were a bonus.

A week ago we couldn't make it to the Grand Canyon because all the mountain passes leading from the south were closed due to a winter storm. We ended up riding the storm out at this quaint little RV Park. The woman checking us in was very sweet and kind. Her husband led us to our campsite and made sure we got all settled in. It was very peaceful and we were grateful to get the last spot on such short notice. The campground was very clean, even my husband commented on how clean the showers and bathrooms were. We explored the area and was very impressed with the monuments and park areas we found. We also saw a lot of other RV parks that were massive with very little shade. We were so glad we found this one. The only thing, the Wi-Fi did not reach our RV and cell service was spotty. We could get Wi-Fi near the office where they had a sweet little Wi-Fi station with seating near the office.

Beautifully kept RV Park. Everything is immaculate. You can see the love a care of the owner and managers of the park, from your first phone call thru your departure. Very kind and helpful.

I usually do state parks or boondock, but I love this little RV Park! I went from staying 2 days to nearly 3 weeks! It is a small Park that has a small everything but everything is neat and clean! Small pool, hot tub, laundry, exercise room and check-in station. 😊 You are not on top of each other like other RV parks but of course you don't have as much room as you would in a state park. But there are trees everywhere. And only 22 miles to Sedona. I would have given it a five except it's gravel ,although level , and close to highway 17 although a good wall between you. VERY reasonable.
