"DO NOT HIRE KREATIVE MIND EVENTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED AT THE END OF YOUR EVENT.
Over the phone, Bethanee seemed very professional and friendly, but on the actual day, it was as if a completely different person showed up. She appeared exhausted from prior events, and unfortunately, we paid the price for it.

Her lack of proactivity was obvious. She didn’t receive vendors, often disappeared into the bathroom for long periods, and failed to put the drinks we’d provided into coolers with ice, leaving our guests with warm drinks in 90-degree weather. We also had fresh-pressed juice prepared for our guests, but they were told it had run out—only for us to find most of it sitting in a cooler without ice, untouched. We even rented glass jars to place iced water on each table, which, despite our specific instructions, were left packed away.

The service was so poor that some guests asked what was wrong with the staff, given the lack of coordination and attention to basic tasks. At the end of the event, they didn’t complete the tear-down as promised and agreed, leaving behind basic tasks, such as moving cooling fans to the storage.

Mistakes happen and we are humans, and I was willing to be understanding, so I reached out via email to request an acknowledgment of the issues and a refund for the “event planning” portion. However, I never received any acknowledgment, apology, or response. My experience with Kreative Mind Events was unacceptable, and I would not recommend them to anyone who wants their event to run smoothly. And if you decide to hire them, DO NOT PAY upfront. Big mistake.

Bethanee was amazing!!!! She helped with multiple aspects of my events. She provided bartending services and wait staff. She coordinated with me prior to the event and was extremely responsive and attentive to our conversations. She really made the event go smoothly. Her staff member Sophia also did an awesome job. They both had great energy, presentation and take pride in their work. I can't thank Bethanee enough and will work with her in the future. Highly recommend.

Bethanee, was so great! Before our event she was very responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns! She was our go to girl that night, and made sure everyone was having a GREAT time!
