I had a great experience shopping at Kunes. I came here to test drive a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. Kyle was very personable and knowledgeable as he walked me through the entire process. Dan, the manager I spoke with, was able to work with my credit and helped me get the Trailblazer that I wanted. October was very polite as she went through all my paperwork. Andres Cruz, Jr and his team were GREAT to work with! I live out of state and purchased a new Grand Cherokee renotely. Working with the sales team and finance personnel @ Kunes was great experience. Dan Smits, Owen Smits went above and beyond my expectations, kept me updated with the process of getting my new Scat Pack charger to Texas. Junior from the finance department was awesome in helping me get the financing I needed, and signing papers was seamless and expedited. Sandy was awesome in helping get my app up and running, also my subscriptions activated. I've bought a travel trailer from these guys and just recently a Pro Master 3500 CutAway box truck for my business. Mostly handled over the phone, by time i got into the dealer it was a 45 minute process. I won't do business anywhere else. Even the service department here is awesome. The sales team was just as impressive. These guys are old school and know we are all busy and buying a vehicle USED TO take forever. Well, not with these guys. It was an awesome experience and i left with no buyers remorse and they checked in on me and my new purchase 24 and 48 hours later. Now that's quality service!! Thanks guys.
