I cannot say enough amazing things about Kylene. We will never book another Disney trip without her. She was so easy to contact and always willing to answer any questions, no matter how silly. She made sure we knew absolutely everything and even when we ran into some weather issues and flight delays, cancellations, etc, she made sure that we knew exactly where to go and what to do to make sure that our vacation continued to be the best!!! She is just so knowledgeable about the hidden gems of Disney and things that saved our group from many hangry kids-like the morning blueberry waffles at Hollywood studios. I am recommending Kylene to everyone I know that will be traveling to Disney:-) Thanks again for making our trip truly magical!!

Kylene was amazing to work with when planning our trip to DisneyWorld. As a family of seven with kids ranging from 2-15, it was a bit overwhelming. However, with Kylene being so knowledgeable and reachable through the whole process, I felt confident that we would have an amazing time. And we did! Thank you Kylene for helping us create some amazing memories! (We stayed in two connecting rooms at PopCentury, visited four parks (one a day) and had one resort day in the middle)
