If you are torn about where to spend your money, spend it on a good wedding planner. It is 100% worth it. And that good wedding planner is Courtney Bell with La Belle Vie. She took away all the stress and handled everything in a professional yet friendly way. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. She accommodates based on your wants/needs and provides you with as much or as little information as you want. She is very knowledgeable in the area of venues and all things wedding. But most importantly, on the big day, I trusted her to make it all happen. On our wedding day, I never once got stressed or had to do anything. I was able to relax and thoroughly take in the moments and enjoy the day with my people. Hopefully I won’t ever need her to plan a wedding for me again….? but if I did, I would 100% hire Courtney.

Courtney went absolutely above and beyond for my wedding! I was contracted for coordination only, but I wish I did full planning. The amount of ease that she provided before and during the wedding was unmatched. I had an outside wedding and a pop up storm was headed our way, and I truly had no idea. She maintained such professionalism and handled everything before I even had a chance to realize what was going on. Courtney was so outgoing, friendly, and EXTREMELY helpful throughout the whole wedding process. I would hire her again and again!

The best money we spent on our entire wedding experience was 1000% Courtney's wedding planning services. The professionalism, kindness and enthusiasm present in every interaction with her and her team made wedding planning much less stressful than it would've been otherwise, and by the end of the process I not only felt completely thrilled with how my husband and mine's day turned out, but that I had gained a friend! -- Courtney's vendor network. Every vendor we used the day of went above and beyond what we hoped for, and made our wedding day that much more special. She presented us with a variety of options for every step: florals, photography, paper, etc., and always offered her honest opinion on each vendor's prices and products. She also coordinated with some vendors she hadn't previously worked with for our wedding, and had clearly done her research ahead of time regarding these "new to her" players.
-- Courtney's design eye. I wanted our wedding day to pay tribute to my cultural heritage (Puerto Rico and New Orleans, specifically) and after giving Courtney some specific aesthetic ideas she and our vendors delivered a creative vision beyond any of my wildest dreams. I was blown away, genuinely.

La Belle Vie Weddings (Courtney Bell) managing my daughter's wedding was in Auburn, Alabama and the reception in Opelika, Alabama. Courtney worked both efficiently and effectively with both the church and reception venue. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge about ceremonies and receptions. She designed the venue floor layout to maximize use of space. She created a timeline which ensured all events occurred in a timely manner in accordance with the bride & groom's wishes. This was our first family wedding and we had not one clue what we were doing. With Courtney's help - it went off without a hitch. To make it a bit more challenging, our family was out of country and unreachable for 17 days shortly before the wedding. We didn't return home until 10 days before the wedding. We left town without worry, confident Ms. Bell would handle any issue that arose in our absence. And she did. Last but certainly, not the least, Ms. Bell is a delight to work with. Her joy in her work is infectious. We have two more daughters. When they decide to get married - Ms. Bell will be the first phone call we make!
