The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials. The staff provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a nice variety of options. The hotel’s proximity to the airport and Farm Show Complex made it super convenient. We spent two nights there. We had a great time staying here! There was a workstation and a seating space in the large room. The staff was nice. The room was tidy, and the bed was really comfy. There were free bottles of Dove products and a clean bathroom as well. The free breakfast, which included hot items like waffles, sausage, and eggs, was excellent. Without a doubt, I would return here.

Unexpected problems with room with no sense of urgency to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Door stay detached and shower enclosure had a hole in it. We were there 5 days and there were no option presented with the hotel not at full capacity.

Decent location. You got many restaurants surrounded. Got lots of grass to walk the dogs. The biggest issue as many as it stated before is the hot water is not consistent. The room itself was okay. It was clean. Fitness room had a 40 lb dumbbells and two treadmills. That's it.

These people are racist as hell.

Every morning at 9am like clockwork the hotel front desk clerk would call our room and ask if we were “checking out yet”

Only to call this morning and tell us we had ten minutes to leave due to “water issues”. Then he went back on his word and said “heat issues”

Rooms are absolutely disgusting dirty if you look close enough.

Food still in microwave from last person.

Was stopped from taking their $4 breakfast back up to my room. What hotel doesn’t allow you to take food back to your room!?

For the few days we were there, we had hot water maybe two times.

There were only thin sheets (2) on the bed. No blankets. When we asked for blankets, he said he was unable to fulfill that request. We have had issues at this place 3 times now. Hence this post.

The hallways all smell like cigarettes and weed smoke.

No help from front desk.

The carpet is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!! Wet a paper towel and lay it on the floor. Step on it and observe. It’s very disgusting.

If your looking for somewhere just to pass out after drinking all night, or just somewhere
To get out of the cold… this is your go to. Other than that, I would avoid this place at all costs. There is soo much more wrong here but I will be taking it up with corporate in the upcoming days. Very nasty hotel for the price that you pay out of pocket. Yuk

Even though we sat next to the i283 highway, I found it to be quite. Being Member it was so nice to check-in quickly and treated with respect. The price was reasonable and the check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. Many amenities available within walking distance. Plenty of parking.

Place looked like it was falling apart. We have stayed at this location multiple times before but never had one in the condition that this one was.||||The bathroom shower bar there was a hole the size of a quarter. The shower curtain bar was broken and loose to where it was about 4 inches lower than where it should have been. The shower head itself was loose to the point that I wondered if it would come off in when it was moved. The exhaust in there was never working.||||The door to the unit you had to slam the door as it was miss aligned and you could tell its been that way as there was a lot of wear and tare on the door and door frame.||||The window had some junk on it to where you couldn't see out of one of the windows.||||Ice machine never worked the whole time that we stayed there.||||The guy that was on duty for the morning breakfast seemed like he could care less or was have a really bad day on the times that I saw him throughout the stay.||||Each morning I could hear what sounded like an angle grinder being used in a unit close enough make enough noise that at first I thought it was an exhaust fan but turned out that wasn't working.

The most impressive thing about the hotel was the quality of soap. Yes, you heard it. They must have a contract with Dove because there was Dove soap, shampoo and conditioning in the shower — and a nice bar of Dove soap was given to wash hands. Hotel was very clean and The value was phenomenal. I enthusiastically recommend.
