I have to mentiion, I had always preferred this Labcorp because people were always so nice and efficient, they would take care of you within minutes always with a great customer service. But, today the experience
was quite different... I walked in with my 8 yo for his bloodwork. After registering at the kiosk we were the 3rd ppl on the screen to be helped. The woman at the register "Jay" told us we had to schedule an appt since we didn't have one. I told her we already registed, she said it doesn't matter "do as I say" .... I heard her talking on the phone telling someone "The immigrants insurance Medicaid" .... Then She asked for the paperwork along with his "heatlth Partnerts" Medicaid insurance card...while I was trying to schedule an appointment. Then she says you are at the wrong place! I said why do you say that? She said your doctor sent this to Quest not to labcorp, we don't take Medicaid, so I said my son has 2 insurances while I pull out an Aetna insurance card. So she said Quest takes both insurances, we don't take Medicaid, if you do it here you would have to pay the difference out of pocket. I said how much would that be? She said "I don't know, but why to pay!? Just go to Quest. I went back home. After talking to my health insurance and my son's pediatrician, both of his insurance cards cover either Laboratory Quest or Labcorp. So I made my 8 yo get up earlier and fast just to be turned away by a heartless person that did not want to help us perhaps because we are Hispanic. It's a shame that this world is full of hateful people, shame on you "Jay"

Always have a great experience at the Labcorp in Fort Washington so I only go to this location. Janice helped me today and she was professional and very welcoming. I ussually bring some work to do in case I have to wait but never get to it because they are so quick. Thank you for the terrific service Janice!

I cannot praise the LabCorp in Fort Washington enough for their exceptional service! Today, I visited this location with my 3-year-old for routine lab work, and despite not having an appointment, we were accommodated immediately around 11:15 am as walk-ins. The staff's hospitality was unparalleled; they were incredibly patient and kind to my little one, who tends to be quite dramatic during doctor's appointments.

From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel at ease. Their professionalism and gentle approach ensured my child felt comfortable and secure throughout the process. The way they handled everything with such care and attention was truly commendable.

My husband and I were initially worried about how our son would react, but the LabCorp staff did an outstanding job of making sure he was well taken care of. Their warm demeanor and expertise turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one.

Thank you to the amazing team at LabCorp in Fort Washington for your exceptional care and for making our visit smooth and stress-free. You have truly set the standard for patient care!💙🫶🏽

Waited less than a minute after checking in and was out the door within 10 minutes. Staff was great. My third time at this location and my experience has been about the same every time.

Just took my 1 year old daughter for blood, and was nervous, obviously. Fast check in and brought back right away. Only two ladies working, but they were amazing with my son as well as my daughter. They worked together to make sure she was comfortable and we were in and out. I hope they are getting an incentive or something for running the whole place just the two of them. The waiting room was full when we left. Talk about handling unfair working conditions like champs.

Very thankful for the phlebotomist Tahjay (apologies if I spelled your name wrong!) here. I am fearful of getting bloodwork but Tahjay's expertise, kind & warm demeanor really helped me! She's a pro and made the blood draw fast and painless. I will be coming back to this location just for her. Thank you!

Not open on Saturday even though it say open on the website. Closes at 2:30 every day. I guess they want you to take a day off for a 5 minute blood draw. There has to be a better option. It's clear this company only cares about their pockets, not the people they serve. By the way if you think you can go to the Abington branch, don't waste your time. Jammed Packed. Crazy
