We really enjoyed our month-long stay @ Casa Vista. The place was perfect and the location was ideal. Beautiful sunrises/sunsets. There was plenty of room for our guests. We will be going back.

Myles and the rest of the Staff at Latitude 8 were exceptionally considerate during our stay, added extensions, and any other help we required while staying at one of their properties during an medical hardship experienced by family.

Justin is the absolute best. We use Latitude 8 to manage our condo in Scottsdale. We had a flood in our unit rendering the condo unusable. Justin ran the project seamlessly with great communication and even timed a booking right after the remodel was finished. I literally couldn’t ask for a better job to have been done. I would recommend this company to anyone with a vacation home or anyone looking to rent a vacation home.

My group stayed in the Show-Low property and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. The property easily accommodated our larger group and the host could not have been easier to work with.

We rented through VRBO but my guess is that going directly through Latitude 8 directly would be just as seamless.

I highly recommend Latitude 8. The property was exactly as advertised with no surprises. We’re we’re met at the house by the property manager who showed my family around to explain all of the features. I would most definitely use Latitude 8 again as well as stay at this particular house Casa Verde.

Casa Winfield is PERFECT. Location, condition, community center, pool, Etc. Love this place Always updated, in great condition and near all the North Scottsdale Cave Creek/Carefree activities. The Winfield community center gym, and pool are first class.

House was in very good condition, location is walking distance to shopping and restaurants, working with Latitude 8 was easy with good communication. Overall, great experience.
