Had a great time. John was very knowledgeable and gave everyone on board a great time, informing us about the history of hot air balloons on the ride back to the launch site. He gave us his homemade limoncello as well as some champagne.

Had an amazing experience. This was our first hot air balloon ride. Matt, Jamie, Autumn and Mason were very professional and kept it fun. We got to help our with set up and asked questions during the ride. Thank you all for a wonderful time and beautiful views. The photos were amazing too!

Edit: Although we did have a wonderful time, our original booking was the day prior. The booking was canceled a few hours before. We called and rescheduled and had a great time.

I had the pleasure of a hot air balloon flight at Collierville Tn.Balloon Festival 9-17-23. My pilot, Thomas Warren and his wife were fantastic. My flight was absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to do it again.

10/10 experience the crew was absolutely amazing!! they were respectful and kind. I felt safe and secure with Bob who has over 30+ years of ballooning experience. The views were breathtaking & ride was simply spectacular! I would definitely do it again, at the end we even did a toast! Bob is the best navigator we went over 2,000 up in the air! Definitely a day to remember!

This was an absolutely awesome experience. I was not sure what to expect. Matt Hurst was a great Pilot. Ride was smooth and so was landing. We felt safe the entire time. Matt taught us a lot about the balloon and how it worked! Instructions about being in the basket were clear. Jamie was so funny and great! We have to go back when he's ready to be a Pilot! His jokes in the air have to be 10x funnier! Lol Overall 10 outta 10 experience! Thank you Matt, Jamie, Mason, and Autumn for an amazing experience! 👏

THESE GUYS are Amazing! I took my woman out for a flight and it was both our first time. It was amazing. Our Captain talked and explained everything as we went which helped a lot when you 500ft off the ground. Got the opportunity to help with the setup of the balloon which was another first for me. LASTLY I dont recommend flying with anyone other then these guys at LVHA. Thanks again guys. And to the duo that flew with us thanks for the picture, you guys were awesome too

Took a morning ride with Jon and Jamie today. REALLY enjoyed it. The entire experience was well organized. Jon, the pilot, was very knowledgeable, skilled and willing to answer all questions we had. Jamie, from the chase crew, worked his 🍑 off to make sure everything went smoothly. If you have a chance and the $$, I would recommend you fly with them.
