Leo Designs has an incredible selection of rental items, from florals and furniture to drapery and more. Honestly, if you can think of it, they probably have it, and at very reasonable prices.
I highly recommend visiting their showroom to see everything in person. While their website has a great variety of items, seeing them in person really helps bring your vision to life. For example, we rented these stunning throne chairs for our castle wedding, and they were a huge hit! In person, they stood about six feet tall and looked absolutely beautiful and so perfect for our theme.
Heather, the owner was amazing to work with. She was so informative and helped us think through all the little details that are easy to overlook, such as filling empty spaces or remembering small essentials like a cake knife and server. She made us feel so welcome during our visit and took the time to walk us through all the options for linens, charger plates, and other day-of decor that really made our ballroom feel complete.
Although we didn’t end up using their floral services, it’s worth mentioning that Leo Designs offers that as well. They source flowers from around the world to ensure you get the freshest and most in-season arrangements. Plus, their team handles both setup and cleanup, so you don’t have to worry about a thing on your big day.
Leo Designs is truly a fantastic company, and I highly recommend renting your wedding decor through them!

I initially reached out to LEO Designs about hanging drapery for my rustic, ski lodge ballroom at Bear Creek Mountain Resort. From the very start, Heather was incredibly professional and genuine. I could tell how much she cared about my wedding and experience with LEO Design. I immediately trusted in Heather’s expertise and decided to do the “Month of Wedding Coordination Package”. I am SO glad I did! Heather truly made the process of planning stress-free and enjoyable. She was there for me every step of the way, being incredibly responsive and attentive to my vision and needs. On the day of the wedding, Heather and her team did a phenomenal job of ensuring that our day ran perfectly. I was able to stay relaxed and in the moment because of her day-of coordination and concierge team support. I will forever be thankful for this!

What really truly impressed me was LEO’s creativity and attention-to-detail behind the scenes. They created a breath-taking ambiance, completely transforming our reception “cold and industrial” ballroom into a warm, elegant, and fun atmosphere. The drapery, lighting, and dramatic votive centerpieces were absolutely stunning and romantic. Heather’s ideas made our guest experience so memorable! She created a “Vintage 70s Ski Photobooth” to go with our ski lodge theme. It was EPIC and such a hit! The "little touches", such as the mountain "Activity Pass" guest placement cards pulled our theme together at every table and was so unique.

I didn't have the privilege of using theses people. But I was at my friend's wedding who used this company. This company took my friend's money . My friends had to set up the decorations themselves the company showed up late to set up. Then they had to take everything done themselves again. I do not recommend this company they rip people off. My friends paid thousands of dollars to this place. And told them in the contract that they can't bad mouth . Sorry that's not right. I don't know how you stay in business.

My experience with leo design was okay. One thing I didn’t like is was my decoration didn’t come out how I exactly wanted the were cute but not 100 what I asked for or what we talked, I feel the planner forgot everything we spoke about some things were happy accidents but some thing i wish were done as we spoke about. One example was my cake table was suppose to have candles around it and it was plain. I asked for my center pieces to be just like the pictures on the website and I got something w different that I didn’t like as much, and I paid for draping and chandeliers and none of the little chandelier lights were turned on my maid of honor had to turn them in just like the neon sign I had they setup. I wasn’t made to feel special. I feel there should be a lot more attention to detail. My wedding was still cute but not exactly what I wanted. Below are examples.

We had a wonderful experience working with LEO Design Gallery to transform our wedding reception space. They were super easy to work with and quick and responsive with communication. They had a great feel for our space and were able to suggest the lighting scheme to create our dream space. They showed up on time and set everything up quickly without any difficulties. Hired Leo design to do the draping and lights for my daughters barn themed wedding this past weekend! Leo Design was professional, easy to work with and reasonably priced. The staff showed up first thing Saturday morning, hung all the drapes and lights very professionally all the while working around the caterers setting up and the bridal party getting ready etc. The staff then returned promptly when the reception was over and took everything down! Leo Design did a beautiful job and I would highly recommend them for any event!
