I am very pleased with the results of my recent insurance review with Jeff Winberry of the Levitt insurance Agency. Although now retired, I speak as someone with 40 years of Property and Casualty Insurance claims experience. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge he has regarding homeowner and auto insurance coverage. After careful questioning, he was able to expose several areas of my coverages that needed to be changed, resulting in a large savings of premium for me in spite of additional or increased coverages in some instances. We sold one of our extra vehicles, i emailed and left vms a few times (in the span of a few weeks) to remove the vehicle from our policy. After leaving yet another vm, I thought it was odd and I called back with a different number a few minutes later. It was picked up immediately. I asked about not responding to my emails, you said it probably went to spam - which is surprising since we've communicated previously via email so it's odd your server would kick it to spam. I asked about the voice mails I left and it was disregarded
