Absolutely the single worst agency to work with in PA. We own dozens of buildings and refuse to work with this group of "special humans" on either buy or sell side. That should tell all of you something about this group. You have been warned. Do your research and stay away.

Additionally, when companies make hires and they bring on utter incompetence, stupidity, and dishonesty at a wholesale level this should probably bring up some red flags and be telling of the group of "professionals" (I use that word very loosely) that run that company. If you would like a deep understanding of what I'm talking about, just spend 180 seconds talking to "sales professional" Krystal M. That should tell you all you need to know as consumers or actual professionals.
